Our stay at Ginger Hotel, Zirakpur was truly delightful from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to Mr. Rakesh at the reception, who went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Even our last-minute changes were handled effortlessly, with every need promptly addressed to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Mr. Krishna, was very helpful and attentive, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well. Traveling with two small children can be challenging, but the staff made every effort to make us feel at home. A special mention goes to Mr. Subhash and Ms. Lakshmi at the restaurant – their warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness made every meal a pleasure. The courteous doormen, always greeting us with a smile, added to the welcoming atmosphere and made our stay feel even more special. The room was spacious and comfortable, special thanks to the sales manager for accommodating all our requests. The hotel's location is ideal – conveniently close to shops, amenities, and just a few minutes from the airport. Overall, the staff's exceptional hospitality and care truly made this stay feel like home away from home.

I was on a business trip in chandigarh and had an stat with ginger chandigarh zirakpur, all the services given by hotel are fully satisfactory and specially staff at front office Mr syed and anshuman are very polite and helpful

It’s my first time in India, and i was lucky to stay in Ginger hotel in Zirakpur, for they made my experience a memorable one. The staff, including Sagar, Subhash, Khushi, Lakshmi and the rest team were so kind and welcoming. Heartfelt thank you for the chef Mr. Vijay who made sure we get delicious food.
