The hotel is in a good, central location right next to Bus Sur if you are going to Puerto Natales and easy walking distance to restaurants and tours. The rooms are a good size, front desk staff and waiters friendly and helpful when solving problems. The major disappointment was that the cook unilaterally decided to close half an hour early on our first night despite us having confirmed the opening hours only 15 minutes earlier - we (family) had to order a take-out sandwhich which was horrible and not a good start to the holiday. Obviously we did not even plan to eat in the restaurant after that.

The quality of people who work in this hotel is perverse. We were quarantined in February 2022, and the people at the hotel, completely inhumane, preferred to leave us without food than to help us in any way to be able to eat. There being a hotel restaurant, they did not want to help us by bringing food so we could eat. They didn't help us by uploading the addresses to the room...We ran out of cash and they didn't want to pay and charge it to the room. Multiple ways they could have helped us to make our stay at the hotel the best possible, otherwise they did everything to make it the worst week of our trip. It was the worst hotel we've ever been in. We were starving and no one would help us. We had to quarantine for 7 days in February 2022, and after ordering some deliveries, we ran out of cash and the front desk wouldn't help us by charging to the hotel so we could pay as check out. What's worse, they wouldn't even bring us the food to our room. People were just inhuman. The hotel had a restaurant and they just refused to bring us food to our room. We highly recommend staying away from this hotel at all costs.

Hotel with an excellent location, close to everything, spacious and clean rooms, all of them with a minibar to keep cold water and kettles to have a coffee. The kindness of all the staff makes you feel very good, the breakfast lady goes out of her way to serve everyone well, maintaining Covid measures, which is not easy, considering that we were in phase 2. The heated bathroom makes the shower very pleasant in the morning. It is located 50 meters from where buses leave to Puerto Natales. We stayed 7 nights and it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel for accommodation in Punta Arenas, very spacious and clean rooms, excellent workers from the reception to the cleaning staff. Everything was very delicious, the lady in charge was very attentive and friendly. The restobar had excellent food, all the dishes were very delicious, the attention of the workers was very good, 10/10. 100% recommended. Location of the hotel is very good, since it is close to museums and the city center.
