Service was horrible should’ve known before we arrived it would be a disaster tried calling resort to schedule pick up and drop off in advance to and from the airport no one answers and when you finally get someone on the phone they transfer you to so many other lines then hang up. I had specific directions in my booking for birthday cake and decorations our room had nothing. We couldn’t book the restaurant because it was full and it was no other option for us other than to go to the buffets each day. Teresa said she would accommodate us for the inconvenience well guess what she didn’t. This place is a joke. Concierge was the same we call for different problems they don’t answer when I walk over they still take hours to send service to our room for water issues and mini bar refilled. Front desk have attitude. Needs more staff and work on customer service skills.

Overall stay was good. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly. Very costly but worth it in the end. Except for the teenage mutant turtle dinner, buffet dinner was not worth almost 200 dollars and the performance was not as fun as the character breakfast.

So much potential but ultimately a very hard miss.
Pros - beautiful beach and pools. Mostly convenient layout.
Cons (many)
Food is barely serviceable. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star all inclusive and this was by far the worst. Room service reminiscent of Fyre festival.
Nothing works right. Showers constantly lose heat or pressure. Doors don't close. Room service may or may not come. "Concierges" are your access to everything but are unresponsive and hard to find. Didn't meet mine until 24 hours into our trip because he gets off work an hour after checkin starts so we wandered aimlessly (staff instructs you to do everything through your concierge).
Final picture: in the sweltering heat of midday - there were meet and greets with characters. Two of the three times we went it was canceled after a twenty minute no show. The communal cry of 30 hot, cranky kids not meeting sponge bob will haunt me forever.

The property is ok. Water park is good. The customer service overall terrible!!! I will not go back to this hotel. The staff is not property trained and the service at the buffet was terrible! Spoons felt on the floor and the staff put it back to the same place to keep using. This is a kids resort higiene should be top priority!
The staff was arguing a lot while on service not a good picture to see.
We had to call after two days of being in the resort to get our room cleaned and get more fresh towels.
There are better options out there for kids!

This stay was horrible. They are selling the name. This resort is the worse. We have being in the Dominican Republic many times and the majority of the resorts are great but this one should close. Please do not waste your time going to this resort. I read the bad reviews and still went, don't do the same mistake. The water park closes at 5 pm. The other pools close at 6 pm. The food is bad and limited for kids (no chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, pizza is limited, the juices are not natural). The snacks were weird and they reuse the food from the breakfast for lunch. We were seeing the same food over and over again. The customer service was bad as well. They treat you like if they don't wat to work there. We waited 1 hour and a half for a burger at the burger restaurant. We never saw our concierge. Whenever we called, they never picked up. We needed a stroller and got it at night after requesting it more than 3 times. Some one stole our baby bag (hopefully it was only diapers and wipes). The Dominican Republic is great and beautiful, don't let this resort think bad about the country, just don't go to this one. Read the reviews.

Lets do this in categories
Room: we had the swim up nest suite which was good. Space was great for 2 adults and kids. Swim up pool was clean and nice although cold but that’s ok. Room was cleaned well every day.
Food: food was a 2/10. I don’t think any place had good food. I wasn’t expecting 5 stars but I was expecting edible. Not many options for kids. We just snacked a lot. At one point our room service stopped working? We ordered the first night and then 2 more times and nothing came so I don’t know what happened.
Service: for the most part it was good. The people who serve at the front desk, the concierge, and bellboys were great. The food service and bartenders lacked customer service skills. They weren’t mean per se but didn’t look too happy to be there
Activities: 10/10 they had something for every kind of kid. I have no complaints.
Side note: don’t forget anything! The gift shop prices are on average 10-15$ higher than the US. For example: 18 tampons -$32, sunblock $28 minimum
Overall it was goood for the kids besides the food options. For a Nickelodeon resort I was expecting the staff to be almost unbearably pleasant and they were barely pleasant. Not sure if I will come back to this particular one but I am willing to try maybe a different location but I’m not running to it.

The restaurants took too long to eat. About 2 hours wait time and service, not convenient with kids. We had to eat most of the times at the buffet. We had to constantly call to get the mini bar filled and they would come after the third call. In room dinning was not flexible and did not have many options for vegetarian families. I would not recommend it for the price
