This hotel has the most unprofessional people on the reception I have ever seen. Somebody train them to smile, so they told you the rudest things with grin on the face. There was no internet connection in our room. And receptionist simply said that because “we have problem for internet for iPhone, so we can’t provide it to you, this is not our problem, no we can’t return money, no we can’t do anything it’s late and our team is resting, and manager is going to be only tomorrow” with a smile on her face. I come to the hotel, payed, check the room, saw that it was not internet, and asked to change the room or return my money back. And after 30 minutes of conversation and eventually fight and my scream I get my internet. Thanks for your service. 😂😂😂😂 4 stars hotel. Who give 4 stars to that hole anyway?

Dar más gracias por lo agusto que estuvimos estás vacaciones, trato correcto, instalaciones inmejorables la piscina magnífica, la habitación con terraza y vistas brutales y un buffet que fue a más cada día tanto la comida como el desayuno. La única pega es que quizá la comida tenía un punto bastante especiado que al final con la clientela del hotel se podía optar por algo más tradicionalz pero es una opinion pues la comida tenía calidad

Comida pésima, servicio malísimo, no te solucionan el problema. Se tiran para hablar con dirección un día entero. No lo recomiendo, engañan!!!! Te dicen que te solucionan el problema y cuando lo llamas por 4 vez, te dice que no pueden contactar con dirección.

Nos hemos hospedado 9 días hace 2 semanas y cabe comentar que todo ha sido excepcional. Limpieza en las habitaciones perfecto, muy meticulosos con ello, habitación totalmente reformada y moderna. Trato con el personal del hotel magnífico, con cualquier cosa que necesites. Comedor, mucha variedad de comidas y nunca con aglomeraciones, ya que los camareros son rápidos a la hora de reponer y de retirarte el plato de la mesa que ya no quieras, ello ayuda a que siempre tengas todo a la perfección. Piscina horario limitado, pero para nosotros nos ha parecido el mejor horario, ya que a partir de las 20:00 ya empieza a refrescar y para ir a cenar es buena hora para duch**** y preparase, también tienen un monitor para hacer aquagym que para la gente que le apetezca, está muy bien. Muy cerca de la playa, a escasos 5min bajando la calle. Sin duda volveríamos sin lugar a duda.

Hola acabamos de salir del hotel pato amarillo y han sido unas vacaciones de ensueño.... TODO LOS TRABAJADORES DEL HOTEL SON FANTÁSTICOS DESDE LAS LIMPIADORAS,EL SOCORRISTA,EL ANIMADOR ( DAVID),LOS RECEPCIONISTAS, TODOS LOS METRES, COCINEROS...ES NUESTRA 3 VEZ LA PRIMERA FUIMOS SIENDO UNOS NIÑOS HACE 12 AÑOS Y ESTE AÑO HEMOS VUELTO SIENDO PAPIS!! GRACIAS Y MIL VECES GRACIAS FAMILIA PORQUE ESO SOIS PARA NOSOTROS!!ESPERO EL BUFFET SUPER BUENO Y COMIDA PARA REVENTAR Y MI VARIADA ESPERO VEROS MUY PRONTO MI PATITO AMARILLO ❤️ TODO A ESTADO PERFECTO

Personal de lo mejor que encontramos, instalaciones dignas. Viajamos en grupo. La cocina para llorar, nada recomendable, es una lastima que se destroce una estancia por ello, demasiadas especies y poca calidad, unida a un no saber que hacer con los congelados

Es un desastre!!! Más ruido en las instalaciones que en el circuito del Jarama. No deberían vender habitaciones en la que el 90% de las personas no podemos conciliar el sueño con el ruido de los equipos de refrigeración. Mal, mal.
