My stay at Atour was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm welcome. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, offering luggage assistance and helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the smart technology was comprehensive, and the lighting was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the wontons and freshly ground coffee were amazing! The common areas were stylishly decorated, and the free library, gym, and laundry facilities were all incredibly useful. It's close to the shopping district and subway station, making it incredibly convenient! The service was impeccable, and they even gave me a gift upon leaving. I'll definitely stay at Atour again!

The room is very clean. The facilities and equipment are very new. The front desk service is very good and enthusiastic. The restaurant manager is very good. The service is in place. The guests have requirements and can try their best to meet them. I had a great time in the hotel. Thumbs up for the hotel staff👍
