地理位置方便，樓下很多飯店，酒店大門口在這些飯店中間，車停在門口停車場。
1.睡的不安穩，空調口正對着整個床鋪，臉上不停的有風吹過，不舒服，調到26度還冷。
2.早晨6點多就被叮叮咚咚聲音吵醒，持續不斷1兩個小時，找不出原因，中間客服來聽了説是風吹的不知道啥，上面就是樓頂了，説也沒人裝修。
3.服務員拿來了水果和耳塞，説一會兒有空房間換一個，可是已經打亂我出行時間了，等我9點多我退房的時候又沒有聲音了，唉！
4.窗簾少一截，陽光一大早就進來，睡不成啊，太亮了。

環境尚可，硬件設施也沒什麼大問題，不過房間的隔音真的是太差了，隔壁入住噪音聽的一清二楚，而且還有一個問題，別的房間如果用到淋浴，自己房間淋浴間會有很響的水流經過管道的歷歷落落的聲音，尤其晚上更明顯，關上淋浴間的門也不管用，説實話晚上這樣很影響睡眠，反映了也沒啥用

被套有明顯污漬，工作難免有疏忽，可以體諒。不能原諒的是工作人員第一反應不是抱歉，而是各種解釋，甚至好像我犯了錯誤。前台像打發乞丐一樣用一紙袋不知為何的所謂禮物解決問題，好像我是為此投訴。之後所謂領導給我來電，説讓我聯繫攜程平台，以退我一百元，至今無果。全季，我需要的不是禮物和退款，而是真誠的抱歉。人們生活工作皆不易，多用點心吧！全季，在過往也算入住比較安心的酒店，沒想到在莆田的服務質量如此之差。哎……
