客觀來講，民宿的風景還可以，但是這個側海房是頂樓的側面，被旁邊的房子擋住了海，衹能看到一點海景，當然，下樓去沙灘很近，沒有電梯，這個房間沒有電視（房主提前未告知），床還算舒服，不是那種軟軟的，對腰椎不舒服的人友好。房主是想好好做生意的，因為半夜水泵故障，房主給優惠了了100元車費（島上租車），走的時候還帶了媽祖糕伴手禮，以上為客觀評價。還有就是早餐，吃得飽，但是與連鎖酒店沒法兒比，小菜也不好。

看到這條評論就不用猶豫了，價格貴一點但是好很多。酒店服務到位，設施好用，風景特好，下樓就是沙灘，起床看到海的感覺是真的好，那個投影看電影也不錯，總之很值。

設施：民宿24年裝修的，設備都很新。讓人感動的是老闆知道我獨自帶娃，還給我購置了床圍欄～
衞生：我住了四天都是一次性用品，東西不夠跟老闆説老闆會立馬送上來
環境：臨海獨棟別墅，旁邊就是浪與潮音，我住的海景房有個小陽台，空氣非常清新～
服務：老闆老闆娘微信基本秒回，開車接送碼頭而且出島前還送了我一盒媽祖糕
總之，老闆老闆娘真的非常熱情！整個湄洲島旅行進行的非常愉快😀
