Hotels in Xinghua Prefecture Historical and Cultural Block/City Hall, Putian

I have been stay at Hilton Putian for few times, the front desk staffs are very friendly, the duty manager Elaine is very helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is nice, its a very good hotel for foreign guest to stay, and will choose it again next visiting.

The location is super convenient. It's not far from Shouxu Park, perfect for a stroll or bike ride. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's a quick taxi ride to the old town for local snacks. The room was genuinely spacious and bright; even for the type I booked, it felt very roomy. The bed was plush, and the pillow height was just right, ensuring a truly deep sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. The toiletries were Shangri-La's own brand, with a refreshing scent, and felt lovely to use. Drawing back the curtains revealed a decent city view, and the sunlight streaming in during the day made the room warm and inviting. Service was impeccable; every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was incredibly polite. During check-in, the lady at the front desk had a sweet smile and even proactively offered a late check-out (which I didn't end up needing, but it was a very thoughtful gesture). Breakfast offered a rich variety. You absolutely must try the local Putian braised noodles (Lu Mian) and wonton-like dumplings (Bian Shi); the Lu Mian, in particular, had a truly authentic flavor, even better than some small local eateries! Western options like bread, bacon, and yogurt were also available. All ingredients were fresh, and I left feeling very full and satisfied. The restaurant environment was clean, and the staff were very diligent in clearing plates, so you never had to wait. The hotel also features a swimming pool and a gym. The pool water was very clean and the temperature was just right – kids would definitely love it if you're traveling with family. The gym was well-equipped, making it convenient if you wanted to get a workout in. Additionally, there are hot springs nearby, perfect for a relaxing soak. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Whether you're visiting Putian for leisure or business, this hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly; check-in and check-out were both handled efficiently and quickly. They patiently answered all our questions about local dining options, and their recommendations for restaurants were spot-on – the food was fantastic! The complimentary buffet breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, and the quality was excellent. It was incredibly satisfying to start each day with such a rich and delicious meal. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and offered excellent value for money. I would definitely choose Fengdalin Hotel again on my next visit to Putian, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Facilities: The high floor where we stayed on the first day, the decoration facilities are very new, and the view is very good. Hygiene: clean, comfortable bedding, and sufficient water pressure😃 Environment: Five-star standard, and the surrounding area is also very convenient. I came here on a business trip. It is very close to the government service center and next to the famous e-commerce town. The room is very clean and large, quite new, and has no odor. Because I arrived late, the handsome guy at the front desk helped me upgrade the room type. Every staff member I met was very enthusiastic. I am grateful. It is very convenient to eat and drink downstairs in the hotel.

I chose Putian Yeohwa Hotel during the May Day holiday and was simply amazed by the service here. The hotel is not only located halfway up the mountain with fresh air, but also has a great view. In particular, the front desk lady Manman not only helped upgrade the room type but also sent welcome fruit. The service was particularly considerate and thoughtful. She asked about my needs before checking in and returned the visit after I left the hotel. The guest room facilities are complete and clean. It was absolutely right to choose this hotel during the May Day holiday. I hope this lady will work smoothly and this hotel will have a prosperous business🥰🥰🥰

The room was spacious and well-appointed. They provided pour-over coffee and good quality tea. The mini-fridge had complimentary sugar-free Coke, sparkling water, and two bottles of iced water. The comfortable bedding included two pillows—one for sleeping and one for propping up—which were a great touch. Earplugs and a steam eye mask were thoughtfully provided for sleeping, even though the room itself was already quite quiet. The shower had strong water pressure, but the overhead shower in my room was unfortunately broken and didn't work. The laundry room was excellent, with plenty of efficient machines and luxurious, well-equipped facilities. Breakfast was plentiful, and there were ample parking spaces, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. Overall, with complimentary breakfast included, it offers outstanding value for money. I'll definitely try to choose Orange chain hotels for future stays.

I don’t really write reviews unless exceptionally good or bad but this is really a negative experience … Firstly, not recommended if coming to stay in cold season (Autumn/ Winter/ Spring). The aircon/ heater system is centralised so you can’t adjust the temperature. Secondly, according to the receptionist, they only have ONE tower fan so not really available. Lastly, the attitude of receptionist and housekeeping is extremely unfriendly compared to before (I stayed here 3 times) and I put a good review in 2023. This time, the solution they provided to a female guest is to open the window and curtain at night for cold air… which I personally think is inconsiderate for a female guest. I gave my feedback to the receptionist when I checked-out so hopefully they can add more tower fans to their inventory.

Facilities: The equipment is very new. The electric wind in the bathroom is very useful! Hygienic: There are windows open for ventilation in the room, there is no dirty place, the whole is very clean! Very recommended to stay! Environment: The lobby is very clean and tidy. There is a laundry room on the side. The door is very good to take a taxi, opposite the bus station, it is very convenient to take the bus. It’s also quite close to Xinghua Mansion. There is a bowl of braised noodles around. You can try it. Service: The check-in experience is very good. There is a complimentary fruit. The front desk lady is also very gentle. The overall is a great stay experience. I will recommend friends.
