Zenith Hotel Putrajaya Reviews

The last time I stayed at the hotel was in 2021. The hotel feels a bit outdated but still relevant. The view is superb, no matter which side your room is on. The gym equipment is dusty and seems not properly maintained. The gym room also doesn’t have good air circulation; it is super hot, and no water is provided. No towels are provided for the gym, only for the pool. The TV channels are very limited and keep buffering, even the local ones. The internet connection in the room is good, and my online meeting was smooth. Breakfast was okay.

Friendly and personal service .The staff were all very friendly and helpful and so request for then.Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff.Room was clean with the essential.

The room has old furniture smell, which makes my expection went down on this place. When I arrived at my room level, the floor was dark. No lights at all. Idk if it’s technical faul or what. Breakfast spread was okay. The room view is the only one thing I love. Wish they can renovate and replace the old furnitures. The damp smell is not helping at all to feel at ease staying here.

Zenith view is the best hotel so far. Surrounding area got no jam at all. Putrajaya is one of the most place must visit!

😊 The location of the hotel is extremely strategic! Very close to the pink mosque and Dataran Putrajaya. It also has its own jetty for the water taxi which was very convenient 😊 our room had an amazing view of the lake and mosque! 😊 The front desk staffs were amazing and helpful. Our first room was dusty and husband started having symptoms of allergic rhinitis. We requested to change the room and was given one immediately. Kudos for that! 😊 the breakfast spread was nice and delicious how ever the staffs probably were interns and need more training 😔 swimming pool was dirty with bird feathers and dried leaves 😔 the faucet of the hand bidet in toilet was loose and kept falling off 😔 very limited tv channels without any movie channel I hope there would be improvements since this hotel has a huge potential given its strategic location!

Great location, nice view from room window and nice local food.

Top notch facilities, view and the foooods were super delish!

1. Fridge not working – The refrigerator in my room is not functioning, which has caused inconvenience in storing food. 2. Clogged floor trap – The floor trap in the toilet seems to be clogged, resulting in slow drainage. 3. Unpleasant odor in the room – There is a persistent smell in the room that affects the overall comfort. 4. Noise from the upstairs room
