My experience was disappointing to say the least. Despite arriving for check-in at 2:30 PM, it took until 5:30 PM to finally get checked in, leaving me waiting in the lobby like a fool. Additionally, my request for a late check-out the next day was met with minimal flexibility, only extending from the original noon checkout time to 1 PM.
The following morning, after enjoying a swim at 11 AM, I found myself locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning room key. Upon complaining at the lobby about the time wasted running back and forth, the customer service representative had ************ to retort, "We have an emergency call phone in each building; you could have used that to have the key delivered to you." Am I expected to predict such an issue and trek back to the lobby? Was this information conveyed to us during check-in?
It's disappointing that one unhelpful staff member tainted my entire experience. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability compel me to leave a negative review. Customer service is paramount in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, Fell short of expectations.
