I would like to praise the animation team in hotel Fantazia, they were with us throughout the whole holiday and they played a lot of games with us. I can't imagine better people for the work, I would like to really thank for that, I could be there with them, and I will gladly return. With greetings Fišer Miroslav.

The place was wonderful. Staff very friendly, resort extremely clean, rooms lovely, food great. The resort is very safe. Shops within the resort. We took relaxing massages and camel's trip. 👍 This place is just an amazing chance for a great relaxation for couples as well as for families. I will definitely be back to Fantazia Resort. We came there for the New Year's Eve 2024! Fantastic experience 🤩 . I would like to thank all people who work there so hard to create this beautiful paradise called 💫❤️💫FANTAZIA RESORT 💫❤️💫

My friend and I arrived without having any expectations, wanting an easy going holiday. Let me start with with the positives of this hotel : • great view of the sea and the shining sun the whole time • cleanliness of the rooms is amazing The negatives of this resort : • 90% of staff VERY rude ( rolling eyes at us whenever we asked for anything) • bartender at the pool bar grumpy and rude every time we sat there and asked for a drink • same food every day (quality isn’t so bad) but eating pasta and beef with rice every day for lunch and dinner isn’t ideal • ALCOHOL - the biggest disappointment. The QUALITY is terrifying. You get worried not to get blind from this. Wine is poured from cheap wine boxes/plastic bags. Except beer, you won’t be able to drink anything else • Evening entertainment/entertainment in general - ALL ITALIAN. Absolute ignorance of other nationalities. Not one single English word spoken at the evening shows. In general the program is very poor. • My friend and I went for a ride in the dunes and at the end, we sat for a cup of tea in the desert at a local home and our tour guide DID NOT say one word in English even when I asked him to. So we sat there half an hour listening to history in Italian not understanding anything Overall if you want to have a holiday with the same food all week, bad alcohol you might get sick from and rude staff - this is a place for you. We will NOT be coming back - 100000%.

All my experience in Fantazia Resort would be good except first hours after arrival on reception.We arrived around 9 am to the hotel from airport.No brekfast was offered not even lunch ! We were offered VIP accomodation for extra US $120.When we refused,we were told to wait for room till 2 pm afternoon.After meeting with delegate we were still not accomodated ! So our delegate takes charge ,talked to receptionist and finaly we got room 3 pm afternoon !!! Delegate send us to lunch too.We requested at least 5x upper floor,always answer was NO PROBLEM,but we got groun level ! When we were leaving hotel last day we were woke up 2 hours !!! before bus departure they needed room for new Italians arriving at night,so our room was sold to 2 different guests same night !!! Nobody came pick up luggage ! Final part of very bad experience with reception was, that they told us we must return 2 door cards,but we received on arrival only 1 card (120 % possitive).We had to pay lost fee for second door card we never received !!!!! This is final part why we would NEVER COME BACK to this resort even all grounds are nice ,food and other staff and service too except RECEPTION ! Excellent ! If you are a family coming with children they’ll have an amazing time too while you relax. The young resort entertainers (Katia, Valentina, Chiara) were the best ! Thank you for taking care of us !

We bought vacation in Fantazia resort, Premium zone. At the hotel you have 3 zones: Deluxe(without kids, smaller than other zones, with a la kart restaurant Valentina), Standart, and Premium. We were at Premium. And this was the best decision, because: 1) the room is without orange walls, new and with every day cleaning&changing towels. 2)you can use stylish restaurant and bars only for Premium visitors (also, the choice of food is much wider than in a restaurant for the standard. ) Food: the food quality is excellent everywhere. Classic breakfasts(sweet, salty). The hotel focuses on Italians, so there is Italian food, many types of pasta, ravioli, coffee is made by a barista. Two times we had sushi - fish night. Delicious sweets, ice cream in the evening, fruits (banana, melon, pomegranate, dates, figs, pineapple twice.) There is always a variety in food , you will not be able to stay hungry . Animation: The hotel focuses on Italians, so the animation for everyone else is weak, there is nothing for non-Italian children to do here. But for non italian adults, the animation is good: yoga, darts, aqua aerobics, evening shows and disco. Drinks: great coffee. However, it should be borne in mind that there are just local alcohol, so if you are picky about the quality of alcoholic beverages, take it with you. We drank only non-alko drinks, very tasty. Beach: adorable and fantastic, with coral reefs and fishes. !Take special boots and mask with you! Wifi: the Internet did not work constantly, with constant interruptions and disconnections of the phone from the network due to overloaded router. it was hard to send a photo to relatives and impossible to call. We tried the network everywhere (reseption, beach, pools) and every time we had problems with internet. Therefore, I advise you to purchase an Etisalat SIM card at the airport if you want to be in touch. I will suggest this hotel as a great choice for your next vacation.

Vacanza relax all’insegna del divertimento, grazie a Dario, Martina e Matilde, sempre presenti e coinvolgenti in tutte le attività proposte. Ristorante vario, ma scarsa qualità del cibo. Cibo molto speziato Ma in generale, è stata h a vacanza rilassante e divertente allo stesso tempo. Da rifare!

Hi everyone, long story short - definitely highly recommended in every way. Huge thanks to the whole team for their unbelievable enthusiasm and enormous efforts to make our stay beautiful and very enjoyable, mission accomplished - you have succeeded. What a wonderful people there in Fantazia resort. All the staff, ust everyone – chefs, waiters, animators, barmen, cleaners, support staff do their best to make you happy and satisfied – you can feel friendly and heartwarming Italian naturel everywhere and from everyone, clearly also from non-Italians .-). A special thanks to phenomenal chief-magician who is daily preparing excellent various pasta dishes right in front of you – your pasta is a dream, you will clearly come to heaven 😊 as same as to animator´s team – a deep bow, you are angels with your never-ending patience with all the shy and or lazy tourists, moreover so much activities – just incredible. Thank you for that and please keep on keeping on .-) and make people happy .-). I am sure, you know, your strongest strength is in your pleasant crew. I have to say to criticizing scrooges (unfortunately mainly from the Czech Republic) - start with yourselves, open your heart and try to be more pleasant, open-minded - stop crying that Italian guests have priority and you don't get enough of attention because it's not true at all.
