Excellent stay! We will come back This hotel exceeded expectations! The room was spotless and comfortable, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were fantastic. We especially appreciated the view from the room. It made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

This is hotel is good for families. The rooms are very classy end very wonderful the beach is also enjoyable the food is excellent and the swimming pool is very clean not really bad here we feel at home and we feel comfortable and safe hotel here is very nice

Palm Royal Soma Bay is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever been to with my family. We have chosen it for our honeymoon because of exceptional beauty and high class service and management which was fully proven during our stay in Palm Royale. We would like to say big and special thanks to Malak and Kannan for awesome service and support which made our honeymoon special. We also would like to say big thanks to the staff members "Bars" Saber, Yousef, Ahmed Ibrahim and beautiful girls Aml Salah and Marwa. "Lobby" Beshoy Romany and Mostafa Daker" Cafestella" Nishantha, Ramy, Sameh, Ahmed Hosny, Shehatta, El Mahamady Maher, Yasser, Hamby Hassan, Mohamed Rabie, Hany Adel. "Room service and house keeping " Abubak Abo bake ,Wael Mohamed, Moataz For looking after us during our stay and providing us with everything we asked at the highest standards and quality. EDIT: November 6, 2023 *today is day 7/15* Our second vacation at the palm Royale and nothing has changed! It's still beautiful! The sea moved a few meters from the beach a few days ago. But the employees are working every day to bring everything back to its former glory, step by step. The staff is extremely courteous and as soon as you are a guest in your house, they do everything to make you happy. whether housekeeper, the Resceptionists the hotel manager or restaurant manager! Thanks to this great staff! And thank you for the fact that we can simply turn off our heads here every day and having you think for us... Whether at breakfast, lunch or on the beach! 5/5.. Still! I'll EDIT the Post after the 15 Days!

The hotel is grate and I really recommend the spa and massage area . I took an Egyptian massage hamam organised by Hamdi and the lady was really professional i totally will come back here . See you next time.

We like animation program everything was so amazing they have vareity food good drinks friendly staff we feel like we in our secound home they have also kids activity and mini disco show for our kids with amira thanks palm royale soma bay🩷🩷

Thank you for the very great snorkeling trip. The guide Adel was fantastic. Nothing was left to be desired. We are very satisfied with the Aqua Center and Palm Royale Resort and can highly recommend it.

We would like recommend this hotel Palm Rotal Resort Soma Bay because of great hospitality of all Staff working here. They care great about their guests. Specialy we would like to highligt the service done on Caffe Stella by Mr Maged Ali. He is very attentive and a kind man. Always meet our needs. Great job. The room service is also great. In general the meal served is great, The place, surroundig is great to take a rest. The Generał Manager of this Hotel managed perfectly. We saw him many times when took care for everything. We recommend this Hotel.
