The hotel is not worth its stars. The service is simply no good, when we asked to provide water for the child, the answer was, for an additional fee. Food, cleanliness, everything is 2 stars maximum

The service is actually so-so, and the hotel's beachfront is close to other hotels (but there are many Europeans and Americans. Anyway, I didn't see Asians in this hotel. There are about 5% foreign girls with better figures)

I am so happy I came here by accident as 5star hotel full next door food and staff fantastic they treat me like a king I stopped here 2 times now and intend to stay again next month as so happy here I make many friends with staff we are like family now

The food is excellent, beautifully cooked, presented well and so much choice. Staff are very helpful and very friendly. The resort is clean and well maintained. I feel safe here and nothing is too much trouble. The beach is not as large as I thought but for me that's not an issue. Would visit again

Lovely resort with plenty of space and spotless large rooms. Staff made our holiday they were all great. Special thanks to Tomas who kept us topped up with wine, Iman the manager who really made us feel special and Yhnes who kept our beers coming. Only downside was 90% russian occupancy and Russian centric music and entertainment. The hotel needs updating in certain areas but we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although the hotel's best years are behind it, the staff keeps it clean and at a decent level. Beautifully located, right on the sea, with direct access to the reef and several pools, it is an ideal place for family vacations. Noteworthy are the friendly and helpful staff and the excellent cuisine. We found different dishes every day.
