在黨校裏，感覺很安全，房間設施比較齊全，雖然電視打不開，但前台來積極給處理好了。總體來説稍微有些陳舊，床墊有點塌陷了，以後可以考慮更新下硬件

房間很大，特地給老闆娘提前打電話了，給我們留了兩間朝向很好的房間。晚上很安靜，就看看窗外風景都很愜意了。下次來還會住這裏，也會推薦給朋友家人。ps：最後一張是G348的觀景台拍的，值得大家去走一走，中國地質國道👍

酒店位置在市中心，雖然是老三星級酒店，但是服務非常周到，員工熱情，環境舒適，停車場停車很方便，不用到處找車位。值得推薦！

酒店在潛山縣委黨校內，停車非常方便，裝修設施中規中矩，洗澡熱水很充足。早餐挺不錯的，很有當地特色和風味。

老黨校，就在老城區，停車方便。房間設施較老，但乾淨整潔。附近有些小吃店，但過年不開，可以去恆均廣場吃，步一公里多。

設施有點老了，有早餐，一般化。不像三星級的啊。不過已經價格優惠了，性價比還可以。市區到那裡都方便，他們還有已經的飯店。方便！！！

房間整潔，最讓我有安全感的是，酒店位於學校內。過年期間員工都放假了，不提供自助餐早餐了，給準備了兩份泡麪。

所謂豪華標間，一小二破三吵！
不知道是不是對豪華有所誤解？
客觀評論以下幾點因素:
設施：非常老舊，肉眼可見的破裂。門鎖還是壞的，裏面很難鎖上，保險鎖形同虛設。
無****説！
衞生：當天入住整理床鋪時在枕頭上發現了一根頭髮，上一位住客的老油味還沒走遠。無****説！
環境：停車相對方便，外圍環境湊合，內部環境肉眼可見銹跡斑斑。抽水馬桶一股臭味！無****説！
晚上12點多樓層裏某個房間歡聲笑語，麻將聲、吵鬧聲、撒潑叫罵聲聲聲入耳，讓人無法入睡……像是聚眾**或聚眾**，但是沒辦法取得證據，無****説！
思考了一下:
1.夜深人靜的公共場合，睡眠時間裏那些所謂吵鬧的物種或許不足以為用“人”來定義，許是其他物種的變異吧，要不然為何不懂生而為人的禮貌和良知？這是人類社會發展至今仍然存在又不能解決的難題，少數永遠跟不上黨的步伐，永遠是前行路上絆腳石，臭狗屎……
2.酒店管理存在很大問題，門鎖、破舊都能忍受，上一位住客頭髮實在接受不了，還有就是鬧區靜區不隔離。一個人是消費者也是服務者，希望所有酒店工作人員在自己出行的時候不要遇到我遇到的問題，希望你們兔年兔飛猛進，有所進步！
