酒店發現煙頭！沒打掃乾淨！晚上帶着幾個月的小寶寶，因為天氣冷跟前台客服協商先幫忙開出房間，我把小寶寶安頓上房間一會下來給你補上證件！決絕死板要正件！我一路上住宿酒店，經過河北，山東，都看到有小寶寶，很人性化周到的讓我們先到房間，我希望那天那前台的姑娘，以後不會帶着小寶寶冬天出門住宿，就算是住宿也遇見和您一樣的前台！讓你的小孩也受凍着！天柱山很美，潛山很美，前台的姑娘您也很“美”，“美”到讓人感受到了您的冷！

設施舊就不説了，外面吵，其它房間空調外機巨吵～打了四遍電話，沒人給解決，***外機吵了一晚上～還這麼貴。簡直無語～

房間比較寬敞，床比較舒服，本來訂的房間不帶早餐，後來送了兩天的，挺不錯，房間設施齊全，外面用餐基本是那種麪館，小飯館，大排檔，土菜館之類，總體還是挺好的

地段挺好，在商業區和繁華街道，周邊環境（河道）正在整治，有些雜亂。酒店設施有些陳舊，但工作人員認真負責；早上餐食品種簡單一些，但吃飽吃好沒問題。
