床上用品衞生還可以，陽台衞生不好，玻璃不乾淨，廁所也可以，有一次性浴巾，很滿意，海景很漂亮，天氣好的話，可以看日出

多次出遊 沒見過這樣的酒店 讓我長見識了 特別牛 總結如下：
1.入住時前台沒人並且沒有明顯的聯繫方式、沒有明顯提示前台人員行蹤：導致等待時間有五分鐘以上 並且期間內錯誤的聯繫了其他兩家酒店的前台人員 前台人員回來沒有任何的解釋與道歉
2.不按順序辦理入住：我們先於一對顧客進入 在等待辦理時站在了櫃枱左側（進門靠裏一側） 而該前台直接忽視我們 一句問的話都沒有 直接為後來的顧客辦理 可能是因為我們是學生吧 我反正也不着急但還是有點生氣
3.存在地域歧視顧客：在拿到我身份證的期間一直以看不起的眼神多次打量我 衹因為我的身份證是還沒有更換為學校地址的偏遠地區身份證 同時在其他住客都標明來源粗略標註到省份時 要求我精確填寫來源訊息 我耐心説明後仍舊讓我詳細填寫像是我啥話也沒説一樣
4.直接拍攝顧客私隱訊息：在沒有經過我的同意下直接拍攝我與同住人的身份證訊息 並且我並沒有看到她拍攝上一個辦理入住人員的身份訊息 我可以理解酒店配合公安部門規定 但是什麼説明都沒有就直接拍攝難道不是侵犯客人私隱？
5.房間按金事項未説明：房間需要在前台交100按金 對按金該前台沒有任何説明 難道正常的前台不應該説明該按金是什麼性質、什麼時候退還以及通過什麼方式退還嗎？該前台什麼解釋都沒有 衹是丟下一句：掃碼付100按金
6.沒有事先了解房屋打掃狀況：在拿到房卡後上樓發現房間並未打掃 後打電話前台表明可以換房間 也沒有説是我們下去找她還是她上來找我們 與此同時仍舊沒有任何道歉
7.房間衞生差、冰箱異味：房間表面看很乾凈 但地上仍有漂浮的棉絮 並且房間內冰箱開了一下 門口那邊十分鐘內都不能呆（因為很臭）晚上不知道開了什麼東西房間還會間歇性的滴滴響（應該是浴霸） 心累到已經不想聯繫前台了
另一個換班前台跟我詳細解釋並道歉了 但我認為這件事情真的很不可理喻 該客服（x姓）有三次道歉的機會 但她始終沒有説一句抱歉的話 我不知道是不是因為酒店/民宿沒有培訓 五一300+的價格 無論是前台態度還是房間情況都不應如此
