The room is very clean, bed and pillows are soft, shower room is huge and the staff were really nice! I'm coming back every weekend!

第一次來這個城市，入住之後，父親因為有肺部疾病剛進去房間有點透不過氣，我想前台張經理反應之後，張經理馬上聯繫了相關人員，把窗户縫隙調整寬一些，非常感謝，之前別的酒店口頭答應但是從來都不處理，咱們酒店前台張經理把旅客的事情當做自己的事情，真是太感謝了，長者在大廳等候的時候，送上來水，服務真是貼心，酒店環境很乾凈！房間還貼心的有換鞋凳很贊！

餐廳服務員的服務意識有待培養和提升，餐廳菜品很一般，實在對不起早餐餐費，而且補菜很不及時。客房燈開關設計不合理，使用不便。

鳳凰大樓盤配置的一個酒店，設施齊全，周邊超市方便，前台小左服務熱情主動，因為我們要求安靜的房間，就主動升級到了高樓層，晚上還給我們送來了自家餐廳點心烤制的點心。唯一的缺點就是隔音不是很好。
