房間很好，是飛來寺附近比較好的一家民宿。我是單人入住，聽老闆説在節假日和週末，有人預訂整棟民宿的，所以單人入住的人要提前跟老闆溝通好時間。環境方面，主要是在旁邊有條鐵路，不過不是很吵的那種，躺上一小時那個聲音也就適應了，這在我看來其實是唯一不足的地方。吃方面需要到一公裡外的景點入口才有飯店，可以用老闆的電動車去；或者老闆做飯，和老闆一起吃，然後給些錢。玩方面民宿裏各種配置都有，KTV，桌球廳，街機，動感單車什麼的，樓下還有游泳池，這些我都沒有試，但是種類多，夠一家子玩了。廁所也是乾濕分離的，挺高檔，別家民宿就是不到20平的小地方，直接就是蹲式沐浴在一起的。

別定，定就是出門受氣，錢包打開被人宰。
離大譜，預訂獨棟別墅，事前完全沒説，默認裡邊有一對老頭老太太睡一樓，並且用我們二樓的衞生間。老頭一直在一樓刷短視頻很吵，老太太一直指點我們打麻將。好像不是我們出來玩，像是我們一羣年輕人，給他倆***。住別墅送兩個***。
設施極差：桌球桌是不平的，桌球是剎不住車的；ktv是沒新歌的；找老闆和管家是不管的。
服務態度：老闆推卸責任：桌球KTV又不是他們能弄壞的，一點維護責任沒有，三千六住兩天，都是“贈送的”，還要什麼自行車？老闆説有但沒説能用，還要*客人幾句，我們挑剔就是我們玩不起。
退款：不住不能退錢，拒絕退款。想退就扣錢。再挑撥挑撥客人朋友關係，意思這麼差的條件，一定是因為客人們意見不合來找茬的。
房子外邊高鐵很吵，噪聲巨大。晚上室外還有臭味，去游泳池就要忍着味道。像住進親戚家，沒有別墅酒店的規格，完全是山卡拉自建房。又想賺錢又高高在上住自家大自建房，沒服務沒環境，別拿客人**養你家房子了 。

有家的感覺，一對樸實老夫妻管家，哈哈哈，炒的河粉早餐真的很好吃，一直在檢討自己為什麼不打包。衞生很乾凈，管家兒子負責運營管理，會介紹當地好吃的，好玩的，體驗感不錯，希望品質一直保持下去，下次去希望能休息幾天好好的玩玩，感受當地的生活。總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的

管家很熱情，服務周到，乾淨衞生！在人生路不熟的情況，有個會玩的本地通管家可以諮詢就方便很多，附近有啥好玩好吃的全都知道！除了管家還有兩個年紀比較大的工作人員，都很勤快又親切～
山水泳池很涼快，而且下午剛好不會被陽光直曬，不用擔心曬黑～這次我們人少，沒體驗燒烤，不過就像包場了一樣，性價比賊高！據説草坪還可以搞泡泡浴，這次停留時間短，衹能下次再來體驗了～

緊鄰高鐵線，噪音比較大，影響休息了。商家對住户個人訊息的保護意識薄弱，未經允許，發佈本人露臉的視頻做宣傳。其他還好，ktv設備不錯
