There are over thirty pools scattered throughout, and the bamboo groves, stream views, and Moroccan-style park create an amazing atmosphere for photos. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. My stay here was absolutely perfect! I particularly want to rave about the hotel's in-house travel photography service! The makeup artist's aesthetic sense was spot on. The makeup was clear, natural, and long-lasting, even with the steam from the hot springs it didn't smudge. My hairstyle was delicate and elegant, and she adjusted the styling to match my outfit and the shooting location. Her attention to detail was incredible, perfectly contouring my face – her hands are so skilled! And the photographer was super professional, familiar with all the best spots for photos in the hotel. Whether it was the soft light of the evening or the riverside hot springs, he mastered every shot. I usually feel awkward and stiff in front of the camera, but he patiently guided my poses and expressions throughout the entire shoot, creating a humorous and relaxed atmosphere. His candid shots were vibrant and natural, and the original photos were so stunning they could be posted without any editing! I could easily put together a nine-grid post! There were no hidden costs whatsoever; the makeup, styling, and photography were all taken care of in one convenient package. I got to enjoy a relaxing hot spring experience and also came away with a full set of atmospheric photos. This really boosted my happiness during the trip! If you're coming to Qingyuan for a vacation, you absolutely must book their travel photography service. I highly recommend Hezhong Hot Spring Hotel!"

"I've stayed here multiple times. Although the hotel has been open for 20 years, it's still very good overall. It has a Southeast Asian style and a fantastic location, right next to the most beautiful section of the Beijiang River. On a nice day, taking a stroll along the riverside boardwalk is incredibly pleasant. There's free parking, the breakfast is excellent, and the river view rooms offer stunning views. On my first night, some children were playing in the next room, so I didn't sleep well. I told the front desk, and they immediately moved me to a higher floor. The service was excellent, especially from Ms. Zhang Ni in the breakfast restaurant. She provided exceptional service, proactively asking what we wanted to eat. It made me feel right at home. I would definitely choose this hotel again with my family next time."

"It's funny enough to have a show at the front desk asking for good reviews. The floor of the room was not mopped at all and there were stains everywhere. Don't open it to guests if it's not clean and hygienic. Except for the bed being clean, nothing else has been done. The charging cable cannot be charged and is broken, and the broken plug is thrown on the ground."

"Environment: The hotel is large and new, much more upscale than I expected. The rooms are even better in person than in the pictures. Facilities: The furniture is all solid wood, and the bedding is comfortable. The balcony has a hot tub, and there are mosquito screens. The hot spring water flows quickly, and the kids had a blast soaking twice a day, wanting to stay two more nights. I told them my wallet wouldn't allow it. Cleanliness: Very clean, no water stains or hair, making it a safe and comfortable place to stay with kids. Service: Our receptionist, Ashi, was lovely and had a sweet voice. She explained everything in detail and even thoughtfully reminded us of breakfast time – very kind! We also received welcome fruit upon check-in."

"The hotel is right near the highway exit on the roadside. There is a free parking lot and charging piles. The front desk service at check-in is very good and we upgraded the room for free. There is a convenience store in the lobby which is very convenient. There is also free laundry and help with washing and ironing! There are also quite a lot of breakfast varieties, because you have to check out early at 6:30, and the food is pretty good! The experience in all aspects of the hotel is good, and the service is excellent. If I have any questions, they will try their best to help me solve them!"

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered views of the greenery outside, which was very relaxing. The courtyard had small bridges and a stream, along with rattan chairs where you could sit and soak up the sun during the day – very pleasant. In the evening, everyone gathered around a bonfire for a chat, which felt very relaxing. You could tell a lot of thought went into the design of every corner; staying here felt like being one with nature. Overall, it was a great experience 🌿"
