公寓是新建小區，清潔衞生比較乾淨，設施齊全（有洗衣機，冰箱等），小區就在清遠長隆附近（圖四的陽台可以看到長隆酒店），適合自駕遊（附近沒有公交車，沒有超市，沒有飯店），要開5-6公里到鎮上吃飯和購物，小車可以停在路邊（停在小區內要收費），管家服務好，有問必答，門鎖是密碼鎖（自助入住），五一假期一廳一房（可住四人）才300左右，價格便宜，性價比高。

200的價格也不能期待太高，但22:10到，還讓我們等了半小時，説是沒有安排好房間，衞生還沒有好。半小時後帶去6棟的房間，裏面煙味好濃，實在是讓人難以置信。想多要一床被子，前台也説沒有。希望服務速度提升、客房安排更合理準確快速、搞衞生要求和速度能更高。

公寓很大,有一房一廳,設施也很齊備。没有前台,但店家很貼心,早一晚打電話來確認入住方法,很讚!唯一不夠妥善的,是不夠纸巾,沒有衛生纸,只得幾包上手用剩的紙巾,合起還不到一小包。

清遠長隆附近的小區，荒蕪人煙的感覺。不知道小區交房多久了，車子不能停車庫衹能停小區外面，要自己搬行李進去，行李多的確實有點麻煩，感覺民宿應該是剛開不久，房間還有點味道，廚房電磁爐的那們位置就那麼空着一個大洞。床墊上的塑料膜還沒拆，直接鋪了個白床單上去，人一坐上去嘩嘩響，衞生死角多，電視櫃牀頭櫃一摸一層灰塵，感覺就是交房後還沒住過人，衞生間的吹風機架什麼的都是我們過去，保潔臨時去裝的。其實不裝也罷，我們都入住了，保潔不知道，直接刷卡進去了，嚇我們一跳。原本看灰那麼大，我們以為是新房沒住過，結果卧室牀頭櫃的抽屜裏真提五花八門，一堆東西，甚至還有用過的**膏，太**了。顯然是住過人的，又沒有收拾的。反正就是管理非常混亂，地方又偏，晚上回來在小區吹了冷風肚子不舒服，開車出去買葯都要開半個小時。要不是因為帶着毛孩子，第二天就想退房了。很少給酒店差評，但是這家酒店真的讓我很不滿意

不舒服，是頂樓，特別冷！床是1.5米亂寫1.8米，床墊非常硬塑料布上直接鋪床單，找管家要個被子墊一下説滿房沒有，一夜沒睡。還沒入住就顯示已入住，一早就扣款顯示已離店。非常差，不會再來！

房間雖然不算大但是很舒適，牆壁畫了卡通畫，小朋友特別喜歡。公寓所在小區就在長隆對面，在陽台上就能看到長隆的長頸鹿酒店。最棒的就是有兩張大床，特別適合二孩家庭，過年期間房價也不太高，還是很有性價比，總之這次的住房體驗特別好。
