給升級了房間，可以看到長頸鹿，早餐不錯，新開的所以設施設備比較新，味道也散的差不多了！有泰式，粵菜，都很不錯，小朋友和大人都很喜歡！趕上下雨還算比較涼快。晚上可以去温泉和神樹樂園，買套餐比較划算！

🌪️🌹🍝玩了一下午説一下感受吧。選擇工作日還有臨近開學實在是太明智的選擇。
小火車也就排了兩輪，摩天輪五分鐘吧。喜歡看動物🍱的，還有帶小朋友的確實不容錯過。
長隆沒有騙人，他們的動物真的養的很好。不愧是拿錢養出來的動物，個個膘肥體壯，毛色鮮亮。一下午看了好多瀕危動物。
🌹非洲區佔地面積真的很大，難怪小火車跑一圈要四十分鐘。別説動物了，人要是也能有這麼大活動區域，還天天用小車拉不重複的小動物給你看，人的心情肯定也很好。坐小火車那會，看似是我們看動物，實際是動物看我們。
演員還有活動npc很有活力、很敬業，會跟照顧小朋友的感受，很容易就讓遊客有參與的體驗感。連我這個大人都被帶動情緒了。
每個區域都有固定飼養員在觀察動物保護區域內的動物。你可以感覺到他們確實很愛動物。野象區的飼養員
一直在講解區域內的大象，包括亞洲象與非洲象的區別。會很遊客互動，為什麼有一衹小象走路有點跛之類的。
總而言之，動物確實看飽了。

第一天1點多入住，前台小姐姐給升級了房間。
訂房包含早餐，種類豐富，不錯。
園區整體較大，入團後可以先做電瓶車到小火車區域，做完小火車再去做摩天輪或者其他。
動物的話，感覺種類不是特別多，更適合年紀小的朋友看看轉轉。
不是週末如何，孖寶劇場衹有下午13：15一場表演，時間關係都沒能看到。希望園區非週末時間也增加一場下午場次，方便更多人羣有機會觀看。
整體還不錯，可以二刷。

網上有些不太友好的評價，抱着可能會踩坑的準備來體驗一下，我覺得總體還是很好的。
首先房間的雙床房，每張都是1.5米的，這個對帶娃的家庭來説就是非常貼心的，很多酒店雙床衹做到1.35米甚至1.2米。服務人員態度挺友好。
接着是森林王國，9點半-18點，住客可以9點進去，一般都是推薦直接去蒸汽小火車減少排隊。樂園很多亮點，例如小火車近距離看到的河馬、非洲象、白犀牛、龜、山魈、斑馬等，例如和小鹿差不多大的兩衹卡皮巴拉，獅王摩天輪，亞洲羣象的日常等，還有適合小孩的一些機動遊戲和攀爬設施。餐飲個人覺得性價比最高是英熊谷那裡的小熊大廚餐廳，牛扒豬扒和漢堡包套餐都很好吃，68一份（長隆會員登錄可以打折），
温泉公園比較大，室內外温泉池都挺多，也有好幾個給小孩玩耍的大池子，如果整多幾個高一點的滑梯給一些大齡小朋友就更好。一般建議白天森林公園晚上温泉公園，可以玩到晚上11點。
還有一個給1.5米以下小童玩的大型室內樂園神樹樂園（要另外收費），我們沒有體驗，裏面挺多孩子的。
自助早餐還可以，自助晚餐最亮點是蒜蓉粉色蒸開邊蝦，每次衹能取一份（兩衹），非常爽口入味，牛扒反而一般。建議增加可樂等甜口飲料，目前的蘋果汁橙汁都是偏酸的有些人不喜歡酸的就沒啥選擇。
非常開心的一次旅遊，期待明年開放自駕遊覽！最後點贊長隆，雖然森林王國2025才試營業，但他們從2014年就開始在清遠養動物了，還是很用心的，例如亞洲象有一頭3歲的小公象就是在清遠長隆出生的。

帶娃住清遠長隆長頸鹿酒店太值了！親子房滿是長頸鹿元素，孩子對着雙層床超興奮。神樹樂園能讓娃撒歡玩，穿好防滑襪就能泡半天。
城堡餐廳早餐種類多，小童餐枱的小鹿飯糰超可愛，挑食娃都吃了不少。親鹿台能近距離喂長頸鹿，娃摸完手心直喊神奇，住客還能走快捷通道提前入園，不用排隊超省心，親子游選這準沒錯！

服務：週六入住的，以為是錯峯出行，結果超多人，在貴賓接待廊都等了半個多鍾（不知道為什麼辦理一個人這麼慢，每個都要超過10分鐘）。長隆鉑金會員，沒有享受到升房（週六可以理解）。但是貴賓接待廊的咖啡機、飲用水全都空了，紅茶倒是有，但是壓根連杯子都沒有，也沒工作人員在管理。禮品、紀念品開口問了也都沒有，感覺這個鉑金會員一點用處都沒？
房間的設施：畢竟是新酒店，很完善，基本的低幼化設施都考慮到了，酒店視野也很好，住的長頸鹿區房間沒什麼甲醛味道，小孩很喜歡。插頭也足夠多。牙刷也挺好用的，軟毛的不會傷牙。
衞生：地毯上發現了一個甲片，應該是上一個住客的，未打掃徹底，其他還好，沒發現什麼問題。
遊玩：森林王國這兩天太熱了，35°➕，熱的沒什麼心情，倒是贈送的温泉樂園票還玩的比較開心，大大小小不同的池，適合不同的人羣。酒店內吃了泉畔餐廳，味道衹能説一般。

開學啦感受了一把小火車不用排隊的清遠長隆～哈哈哈
這次去温泉也開了，室內室外都有，室外游泳池，天氣熱小朋友泡水剛好～
買的套餐含晚餐自動套餐，游泳完晚餐，再去樂園玩2小時睡覺，第二天動物園小火車，玩一天，嗨瘋了～
