酒店乾淨整潔，裝修風格也很舒服大氣，我們住的是庭院大床房，入住登記後，會發一張地圖🗺️有工作人員幫忙拿行李帶路👍 管家服務也很周到，寶寶小的話，睡覺可以讓工作人員送床圍欄過來房間安裝👏 酒店有123座，玩的地方基本都在3座哦。
🎠【小童樂園（嗨玩）】
🎈小童樂園區域看着不大，但好玩的超多！有三個不同類型的室內遊戲房，户外還有滑梯、蹦床、沙池、小水池、蔬菜園，還能騎平衡車🚲，不同年齡段的小朋友都能玩得開心。
⛳️【娛樂項目（活館）】
🎯娛樂項目在 3 座 1 樓，射箭、迷你高爾夫、地上桌球在一個房間，室內球類在對面房。有些項目要提前預約，我們去的時候人少，去了就能玩。迷你高爾夫和地上桌球超適合小朋友，特別是地上桌球，應該小朋友們都會超愛🥳。
♨️【温泉（9:00-22:30）&泳池（9:00-20:00）】
🏊♀️室外游泳池不是恆温的，和温泉在同一棟樓。室內有一個泡池和一個汗蒸房，室外區域不大，泡池可以容納4.5個人大概？建議人少的時候去，體驗感更好。
Ps入住前退房後都能玩這些項目，太人性化啦，點贊👍
🍱【餐飲】
🥪酒店自助早餐在主樓 1 樓，環境好，種類很多，中西餐都有，我們選擇在室外用餐安靜一點，風景也很美～11點開始收餐，味道比很多酒店的都好吃😋。正餐我們沒在酒店吃，附近有好多農莊和燒烤！
🌟總結一下，如果看重交通方便和親子配套，這家值得選。房間舒服，活動豐富，娃玩得盡興，大人也能放鬆泡個湯。

酒店坐落在一個山峯裏面，面積很大，到處都是流水樹木，空氣清新，特意避開人流高峯期過來，很安靜。禮拜六就比較多家庭來，小朋友較多，如果喜清凈的最好選工作日。
感覺算是廣州衞星城市中最接近萬豪的度假酒店，無論酒店裝修、設施、餐飲。
酒店最大特色是温泉，和風設計，温泉池都不大，一個池最多容納2-4人，讓人有很好的體驗感受，沒有煮餃子的感覺。温泉水也不會放什麼當歸、玫瑰之類的假材料，衹有純純的温泉水，泡完皮膚滑滑的。
整個住店感覺很好，值得再來。

房間和風景都好 整體很不錯 拍照很出片
但有三個點：
1.早餐的熱門檔位 去問的時候會説過幾分鐘才能做好 過幾分鐘回去已經拿空了 讓再等下一輪
2.週六晚上22:30左右 大堂酒吧客人最多的時候 卻衹有一位工作人員 同時要負責點單+做酒根本忙不過來 坐了很久都沒人過來給我們清理桌子+點單 後面才來了第二位工作人員
3.在大堂喝酒時聽到旁邊有女生住客在向工作人員投訴 洗澡時有工作人員闖入房間 與我無關但是我認為這個事情確實很嚴重…希望有好好處理

房間真的不錯，乾淨。最重要是服務態度超好，我們訂的套餐有兩份小童餐，第二天我們由於特殊原因沒辦法外出，酒店知悉後很暖心給我們補上兩份小童餐，非常感謝。遊樂設施一應俱全，而且維護的很好，值得再刷

服務到位，基本每位服務人員見到都能禮貌問候，挺暖心噠！房間夠大夠舒適也很乾凈，環境非常好，很安靜；辦理入住稍微有點麻煩，上位客人退房晚了導致我們沒能一次拿到所有房間，不知道酒店具體的措施是怎麼樣的，什麼樣的情況可以讓客人那麼晚才辦退房，嚴重影響下批客人入住，説好三點入住，結果延後將近40分鐘，幸好我們訂的是兩套房，可以先使用一間，希望這方面要加強管理。退房速度巨快，餐廳服務令人滿意！

第二次入住新世界，很感謝新世界GRO Alison從訂房到入住的一系列幫忙，入住期間響應速度也很快，基本不用我自己操心，可以專心感受和體驗酒店。恰逢暑假的尾巴，新世界確實很受親子旅遊的歡迎，入住的三天人都比較多，或多或少對入住的體驗有一定的影響。酒店的早餐和晚餐自助餐都很值得一試，比較有當地的風味，選擇也比較多。入住時Alison也幫忙升級了套房，套房入住起來的感覺要好很多，樓層高被樹林包圍的感覺非常不錯，相對於庭院房型個人更推薦高樓層的房型，會更安靜私密。新世界的SPA其實很值得體驗，整個流程和體驗感很舒服也比較舒心。兩次入住體驗下來，個人感覺新世界更適合年輕人入住，不僅是日式簡約的整體風格，整個酒店的佈局環境，作為年輕人的體驗是不錯的。
