The view is very beautiful to look at, especially at night where the lights shine. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym which is really good when you want to have a workout. The service here is great and the people here at this hotel is very nice. Come here if you get a chance, too.

We spent 3 nights with kids. Check-in: very smooth and easy. English speaking stuff Anna Zhang was very helpful and gave us an orientation tour. She also added our WeChat so we can contact for any issues. Thumbs up! Rooms: Large and balcony viewing the lake. We are two adults and 3 kids we needed 2 rooms with 2 beds each. Activities: Evening activities were fun. The hotels provides vouchers for some activities for free. Some need a fee which are quite expensive. Like boating on the lake or bicycle. Gym: well equipped for an hotel gym. Smith machine and up to 50 lbs dumbbells. Kids club and playground: All was good. Clean and we'll maintained. I didn't used the restaurants or had breakfast include so can't rate that. Overall good experience

Our stay at Atour was satisfactory in general. The room is spacious and generally clean. The hotel provided comfortable memory foam pillows, superior to regular hotel pillows, and a good, strong hairdryer. The service staff were friendly and helpful as well (A lady, 枚香, patiently helped us set up the fridge and introduced some attractions to us). Overall, there were no major issues, but as indoor smoking is allowed, the cigarette smoke from some guests create an unpleasant environment. Some other slight flaws were that there were mosquitoes in the hotel but thankfully, the rooms were generally clear of them. Also, the gym is a bit rundown but it’s still functional. Would recommend this place to friends and family as it was a comfortable stay and the hotel is conveniently located close to a large mall with a variety of shops and diverse food options!

Noisy corridors with children screaming and dashing across in the later evenings. Staff at breakfast dining room has poor service attitude, loud thrashing of culinary during cleaning the tables. U won’t wanna look at their facial expressions. Location of the hotel is near the wholesale areas which is not any near the main shopping area.

This stay was fantastic! The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and every detail showed quality. The staff was warm and attentive, patiently answering all your questions from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was varied, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. The location is excellent, making travel convenient. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it and will stay here again!

Service: Hotel staff service is very good and fast The only bad thing is that the leftmost window of the room is shared with the neighboring room, and you can see the curtains of the neighboring room, which is dizzying. So the soundproofing is very poor, even if the neighbor smokes.

The room is comfortable and the river view is charming. We came during the May Day holiday and there were too many people. We waited for a long time for cleaning, but it was finally solved. It is an old hotel. The family room overlooks the river. The hotel has a good location, by the river, next to the Qingyuan Municipal Government, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

It's my first time staying at this hotel. When I walked in, I found the lobby was very spacious, with a very beautiful English logo. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. Although she was not very familiar with the process, the service was really great! The floor is very high and the living environment is very quiet. I give it a big thumbs up.
