The hotel is very big, the location is good, the parking is convenient, the rooms are large, and the facilities are relatively new. 衞生非常乾淨，環境非常好，服務質量非常好，早餐非常豐富，唯一一個小遐思就是燒水壺比較老！線也是拿絕緣膠布粘上的，燒水壺的蓋子也是壞的！不過其他的都非常好！贊一個！👍

昨天入住奇台雲創花園酒店，大堂服務員熱情接待了我們，並很快辦理了入住手續，耐心介紹酒店附近用餐和購物的地方，早餐非常豐富，菜品可口，酒店管理到位，是一家性價比非常高的酒店，第二天我們又續住了一天，非常滿意！

房間温馨舒適，床也很舒服，衞生間乾淨整潔，尤其是洗澡水非常大，洗的爽，值得點贊！

奇台是個好地方，對江布拉克印象尤其好。這個時間雖然距離奇台的春天至少還有一兩個月，但被大雪覆蓋的江布拉克仍然有着一種不一樣的魅力。最重要的是，人少。簡直和包場一樣，沒有攢動的人頭，滿滿覆蓋著新雪的山峯，簡直可以假裝自己在瑞士🇨🇭。扯遠了，回頭説酒店。酒店的地理位置不錯，出門吃飯也很方便。旁邊就有一個大超市，補充物資也很方便。酒店本身的設施中規中矩，無功無過。衞生也過得去。服務就有些一言難盡了。前台入住的時候，我已經明確和前台接待説過我給攜程預授權了，並且給她看了我預授權的憑證。但前台還是堅持要付現才能入住，並且要另外收取按金。既然如此，那你起碼要替我解決預授權的問題吧？你什麼都不做到時間攜程就是會按照約定扣我的錢啊！而事實是，前台真的什麼都沒做，直到之後一天攜程扣了我費用，我去找上攜程，酒店才來解決這件事情。要知道當時辦入住的時候，前台有至少四五個人。而酒店的解釋是前台都是新手。都是新手！既然如此，你們有什麼權力去責怪前台辦事的人呢？一班那麼多人全是新人，那是培訓沒到位的事情嗎？作為管理者，一個班次一個資深的領頭人都沒有，那是誰的問題？責怪具體辦事的人就完了？一路玩還得一路跟着處理重複收費的問題，實在很乏味。再説酒店的早餐，實在乏善可陳，沒有什麼可以入口的東西。牛奶都沒有，這絕對是真的。我們在餐廳轉了一圈最終選擇出去吃早餐。雖然黃麪烤肉對我們來説最終接受程度也不是很高。但總好過沒有什麼東西可以吃。今後再來奇台不會再住這個酒店了。寧願再找別家碰碰運氣。
