Hotel Saara

Have travelled across the world, but have never come across something like this ever. Worst hotel to stay, pathetic service and horrible customer handling. The hotel staff booked stating something and when arrived denied that completely, still ***ageable. No way to get the vehicles in front of the hotel as the hotel does not have a path for cats to enter, only ppl can walk past the hotel. No restaurant, which is ok as ***y hotels do not have it, but when we ordered food which they said they will provide as room service, there were no cutlery provided, when asked for, sent some poorly washed plates with water all over them and did not have tissues to even wipe them. Please do not ever book as room with them. If there is something below 1 star I would love to give that as a rating to them.
