Love this hotel soooooo much!

Let's start with the positive: staff is very nice as per Thailand general experience. Room was clean, no concern. Breakfast is nice. But we were not lucky. The pool had bad smell coming from sumps in neighbor alley. Made it unpleasant to spend time there. On our last night the A/C began dripping so much that we had to change room this close to midnight. Went 2 floors above to a similar room which was were warm about 33 degrees. Front desk refused a compensation for this bad experience, claiming we had the benefit of an upgrade!! TRIP.COM was nice enought to offer a decent compensation i coins. We had 1 dinner by the river restaurant. It was OK, not more than that.

Conveniently located near the city, good atmosphere, clean, quiet, very convenient, delicious food, suitable for relaxing or working. The owner takes good care of the place.

The service of the staff is very good. They provide good service and are friendly. This hotel is suitable for family vacation. It is quiet, not chaotic, and clean. The bed is very big. I slept comfortably.

It is a hotel in Ratchaburi city, easy to travel, has a lot of parking, a variety of breakfasts, a restaurant next to the river with a very good atmosphere. The room is spacious, the bed is a bit hard, but the equipment in the room is complete, the bathroom is separate, the shower room has a bathtub and a very large mirror at the end of the bed. Overall, it is good and worth the price paid.

Pleasant accommodation. Beautiful, clean rooms, soft beds. Love the Jacuzzi and swimming pool in front of the room. It is considered very worthwhile.

The hotel is clean. The receptionist looks cute and hospitable. But the only disadvantage is that the swimming pool is in a too exposed place. The food is delicious, but during the time I went it was like the army of flies invaded Ratchaburi. Wherever I went, I found it, especially the Damnoen Saduak floating market. Watching it makes the tourism atmosphere not good at all.

Luxurious accommodations, spacious rooms, very large beds, great for honeymooning with your lover. Going to play in the water is very comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet style, good atmosphere, suitable for the price.

The joint is good, the food is delicious, the staff are lovely and smiling. But the problem is that the room has a musty smell from cigarettes.
