Fair Hotel…! The room is small, but comfortable. Very good breakfast. Close to the Old Town Square. The front desk was helpful. I’d stay again..!

The hotel has a sense of age and the facilities are old, especially the room door keys are super old. But I have to say that the breakfast is really good, especially the croissants are very fluffy.

Not the service of a French 4*, do not forget and do not confuse especially in the services it is felt: the breakfast is very average, classic and nothing incredible but it gets the job done is the location is great, it's clean and comfortable!

It was nice to have a sink and induction stove, and the location was great because Havel Market was a short walk to the west and Old Town Square was a short walk to the east. Above all, the breakfast was the best I've ever had in any of the accommodations I've stayed in many countries. For reference, there is an Indian restaurant right downstairs when you leave the hotel, and I was very satisfied. Please note:)

Everything is fine

Room was big, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Location was ideal. We could get the trams and buses from close by and walk to all the main areas within 10 minutes.

The hotel staffs were very kind. The place was very quiet. Morning meal was good.

Not for us. Surly staff, generally old and in need of a serious refit

We stayed for 5 nights and loved our quiet, 5th floor room with glass wall overlooking Old Town rooftops. Room was clean, the bed sheets were bright white and crispy clean. The hotel is only a few minutes walking distance from all the major Old Town attractions. Breakfast was excellent every day, with good selection of warm and cold items, baked goods as well as a variety of sweet cakes.. Perhaps our only complaint was the staff not always changing their latex gloves between the handling of used plates and silverware on one side, and the touching of containers with displayed meals. On our next visit to Prague, we will definitely choose Residence Bologna again.

Very polite and helpful personal. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and the waitresses were very friendly. We found parking right in front of the hotel. The hotel is a very good starting point for explorations in the city center, with tramstations and the river in just a few minutes of walking distance. Two thumbs up for this hotel.

Hard to find Google gps get u to parking and there is no attended at parking just note to go to lobby which is very hard to drive

The location was great. The windows did not close all the way, so the street noise was loud. The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors fighting and up late at night.

Breakfest area is small and narrow. Cups and plates smal ones. You need pick up food and drinks too many times. Restaurang expensive and portions are smal ones. Otherwise the hotel is ok, walking distance to center.
