the unit was very nice with rustic look def needs a bigger bathroom can't fit in the shower and hardly enough room to sit on the toilet. Check out is supposed to be at 11 but they come knocking on your door at 9 waking you up just to see if your still there so they can clean the room. But all in all for a 1 night stay it was nice def wouldn't recommend more that 1 night if you want to be able to take a shower

We booked The Bunk Room its very small the beds are very short the heater did not work the bathroom window was broken and would not shut, the outside door to the room did not close properly you could see daylight all the way around the door. The room was very cold it was in December we took one look at the room and turned around and went back to the bar asked for our money back they told us no we would have to contact ******* who we booked the room with. we are fighting to get a refund... we will see what happens.

Met the owner, Barb, before we checked out and got a little tour of one of the upgraded rooms. Her son has done a lot of the woodworking. Incredible property and unique. The Pitchwood Inn is most definitely on my list of repeat places to stay.

Very rustic. Like staying in a cabin.
Upon arrival there was no signage as to where to check in. Hunted all over for an office only to find out I had to check in at the bar with one of the bartenders. Very inconvenient.

The room was small, not enough hot wsater for a shower and the Karaoke at the bar was noisy. The outside gardens were great.

Was ok, no ac and the room was really warm. They did have fans. Tiny shower. Nice soaps. Was cute. We arrived late and kitchen closed early and so does the bar. 9 is closing but they closed before 9. They also had a hard time finding our reservation. Seemed unorganized. Town shuts down at 9 unless you want McDonald’s.

A very interesting place, each room looks different - we stayed there twice - and overall quite comfortable.
Except, there are no hangers, hooks or drawers, so, for a traveller, there are no ways to unpack, hang or store your clothes, or even your wet towels after taking a shower.
One room had a very funky batch of three brass faucets - quite quaint, actually - above the coffee maker, but they were set VERY high, and hard to access. The other room had four hooks on the back of the bathroom door, handy for wet towels, both not for hats, rain gear or outdoor clothes.
Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, it was relatively quiet - there was the on-going noise of the refrigeration unit from the restaurant, at the second location, but one could get used to it.
We would probably not go back, but it was decent, while we were there.

Facility was old-style chic. Room was large, bed very comfortable. Easy 2 block walk to the Hungry Heifer for a great breakfast! Pitchwood Ale House bar served great Vodka/Tonics at very reasonable price!!!
