The crew was very nice and help with everything we wanted The room was big and comfortable The area is very quite and we felt like we were alone We came as a coupe for our wedding night and we got everything we could have ask for and more, and the stay was great, including breakfast to the hotel room

I got a bunch of rooms for me and my bridesmaids for the day prior to the wedding and a bunch of rooms for my family for the day of the wedding. Plus a balcony room for me and my husband. Through out the process we had Dina the manager help us out so much, she was just incredible helping us get everything in order and everything went so smoothly thanks to her. While staying there we had the best experience!! everyone in the staff were so nice it was unbelievable the best service though was the girl in the front desk called Yael. She was just an angel helped us with everything we need with such lovely attitude and was so helpful. In summary the rooms are incredible the food is great but the best part was the service all the staff is just absolutely amazing.

New and well maintained, good breakfast, wide choices. No rooftop bar, also maintenance staff leaves mop soap on tile floors making them very slippery. Please learn to rinse. Had to rinse them ourselves to make them safe.

Top notch hotel . Great personalized service, great breakfast! . The bottom line it's a five stars all the way . Highly recommended!! Great location near the main highways near shopping centers and restaurants.

The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The staff at the hotel did everything in their power to make us happy. The manager Dinah was also very accommodating and hands on to make sure everything was smooth.

Pluses: - really hard mattress (almost like sleeping on the floor), no sagging anywhere - friendly staff - room had enough space for everything - large selection at breakfast (which they comped me, though I would have paid, it was worth it) - just missing the classic Israeli finely chopped salad - location has easy access to highway and a parking lot (extra fee) - very few hotels near there - this is why it got 3 not 2. In the end, if you don’t want to stay here for this area you will have to drive in lots of traffic or use Airbnb Minuses: - the room felt sticky (tabletop, side tables etc) and bath tub (which is the shower) felt slippery from soap residue. Bath area had mold on the walls and in corners/connection with bath. The room / bathroom should be more thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. - old AC vents are very aggressive (large gap) and only cover one side of bed. Changing temp or fan strength made no difference. Turning them off was too hot in August. - everything is old and frayed and bare minimum - including the cheap feeling polycotton linen - room smelled strongly like the post car wash smell - at 9am some nearby (in the building) drilling commenced. I left with a headache I wrote in detail so the hotel will not need me to contact them to explain.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and am.yet to be disappointed. I really like the fact that it is not at all pretentious and does not pretend to be what it is not like other hotels in Israel. It is reasonably priced whatever level of room you book. All the rooms are well appointed, clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is very good and the food in the rooftop restaurant is also very good. The staff are friendly and attentive but always professional. If you have business or family in the Ra'ananna/Kfar Sava area then you will not do better than staying at this hotel. The best recommendation I can give it, is that it is now my hotel of choice on my regular visits to Israel to visit family.
