Was an overall good experience. Didn’t have any notable problems with the service, and the room was clean. I went out to Nantes for the afternoon and the bedsheets and towels had been changed. The location isn’t the best but not horrific either. There is a boat that you can get to cross the river to the city centre of Nantes and only costs €1.70 and just takes over 5 minutes to walk over there, with the ticket valid for other public transport in the city.

I had a very good welcome, friendly, nothing to say, very good. I was able to get a room on the 1st rather than the 2nd floor.
It is possible to eat on site and have a late hot drink from the drinks dispenser. the "Leclercs" shops 5 minutes away and an additional Chinese restaurant nearby
The bed is large and clean, however the wall facing the bed had brown marks which I cleaned and reported when I left because there were others on the bathroom door. A sponge would not have been a luxury before my installation. If not, the room is quiet, without air conditioning or other utensils (baker), the radiator exists for the winter, it must be fine. But hey, it's first class. Unfortunately, I didn't have the reflex to take photos before my cleaning.

Deplorable hygiene. Housekeeping was not done properly. Dirty sink with stains on the taps. Breakfast very limited when we arrived at 8:30 am there was already nothing left.
