The location is superb. It is adjacent to the Cardiff Central train station and not far from the Central market and Cardiff Castle. The check-in and check-out process by front desk are simple and not taking long time.

The hotel would have been great value for money if it wasn't for the fact that I had the worst night ever in a hotel. Whoever was placed opposite my room in the hotel took it upon themselves to make as much noise as possible until 1:30 AM, to the point it was shouted in the corridor outside my door. They even kept trying my door handle, and I was unnerved all evening, having the need to barricade myself in. As a single woman staying alone, I didn't feel safe to go to reception until the next morning, where when I explained what had happened, I was told, "Oh well, hopefully next time you come it will be better."
I bitterly had 4 hours of broken sleep and left at 7 AM. It's a shame as it's located exactly where I needed and the room was suitable to my needs. But the whole point of a hotel room is to sleep, and I did not sleep or feel safe.

Nice place to stay, clean and at prime location.
Only problem is no dedicated car parking, but there are nearby options for car parking .
