Good evaroment

Very bad experience, terrible loud noises everywhere. I had to change 3 rooms within 3 3 nights because of loud noises everywhere in 1st room, 2nd room noise and equipment damages (telephone, water flush and water heater damaged) 3rd room unluckily beside truck station. I can’t imagine truck station beside hotels room. Terrible experience for business trip. Truck under the balcony as per pictures.

Nice room and clean. Bed was VERY hard. There was shower and bath in room, but shower not working, so forced to take bath. View directly on wall, that close that room was bit dark. On 1 occasion housekeeping forgot to clean room. Quite central and convenient located. Staff friendly. Fridge and safety box in room. Nice gym. Nice cleanpool; as sun didn’t reach it it was surprisingly cool. Could do with thinner duvet as now at night ongoing pretty loud airco required.

I made a reservation through their website, which couldn't be found by the reception. Luckily they were able to arrange a room for me, however the room I was initially given was a room next to the kitchen which smelled like the kitchen too... I therefore requested another room. Despite a high occupancy rate (supposedly 95%) they were able to give me a suite for a limited surplus which I gladly paid. Credit where credit's due, the receptionist did take me to the room to make sure it was to my liking. At first sight it seemed fine. However the bathroom was simply very worn and clearly behind on maintenance. The water pressure was so low that it was downright impossible to take a shower. Everything was full of lime/scale, half of the shower head was blocked and mould was visible in many places in the bathroom. In addition to that, the bottles with shampoo, etc were obviously reused (🤯), half empty and downright disgusting... See also the pictures I added to this review. On top of that the WIFI did not work, which made it impossible to reliably work remotely. Lastly the floor did not seem properly cleaned and was sticky. All in all, despite the receptionist's efforts, this is not what should be expected from a hotel. I do hope the hotel management learns from my negative experience, but based on the amount of deferred maintenance it is obvious that this problem has existed for a long time...
