首先告訴大家，這是一家會議酒店，所以也就是在任何一個大的節假日，這裏都是有非常多的人吃飯的。
他的客房衹有兩層，同時餐廳也在二樓，所以就出現了：晚上10:00還有喝醉酒的男人在外面大聲嚷嚷！有好幾個小孩在走廊上面奔跑！非常影響顧客的休息！！！和工作人員説明後，將近15分鐘都沒有人來處理；處理了速度也是慢悠悠的，那些人還在走來走去。我能理解大家要聚餐，但是沒有做好及時的引導工作就是酒店的問題。第二天再溝通，另外的工作人員一臉懵也不説抱歉。
所以你們衹有吃飯生意是嗎？沒有酒店服務能力就不要接單獨的住宿單！

房間環境很好，前台工作人員服務態度也很好，提出了問題保潔阿姨也積極解決，安排的房間離軌道很遠，聽不見火車聲音，住宿愉快

這個環境比較一般，樓下是飯店，前台和酒店前台在一起
服務：前台真的很臭臉，2點退房，中午12點房卡直接斷電了，還要去前台再刷一遍。這麼關鍵的事沒有提前通知。而且當時正在洗澡，摸着黑，建議注意安全，容易磕碰
日照的景色還是不錯的。

中午入住説要等，然後2點多過去，房間都在打掃，就直接開了去海邊了，房間比較寬敞，唯一的不好就是在鐵軌邊上，靠近日照火車站，一會一輛火車，喜歡安靜的需要關上窗户，房間玩向陽的，背面的部分有味道，離海算是比較近的，唯一的不好就是去了趕上了下雨
