"Cleanliness: Just look at the photos. It's covered in dust; the cleanliness in the details is terrible. Facilities: The room is incredibly small. The distance between the foot of the bed and the TV is just a few inches, as you can see in my photos. There's barely any room for luggage. There aren't any other noteworthy facilities. The building materials are quite poor, and the recessed ceiling lights and air conditioner vents leak a lot of light, making it feel like the sun is already high in the sky at 6 am. Environment: Located on the 48th floor, the view from the window is nice, which is some consolation. Being in an apartment building, getting around is chaotic, but shopping is relatively convenient. Parking, however, is truly indescribable. Unless you're a very skilled driver or have a great sense of direction, you should definitely avoid it. A three-minute video showing parking instructions in the basement will make you want to vomit. Service: I need to focus on this. I navigated to the apartment building, but the hotel is in a busy area with lots of cars and people, and I had no idea where to get in. I circled around for a while, then called the front desk. They added me on WeChat and sent me a three-minute video, saying they had recorded my license plate. I literally had to watch the video while searching for a parking space in the mall's basement, stopping every now and then to check the video, with cars behind me constantly honking – it was incredibly annoying. Finally, I found a parking spot, took the elevator up, and realized it was the wrong elevator. I asked the front desk again, and they told me the same thing. When I got to the front desk, I asked them why they hadn't sent me the information beforehand, saving me from getting lost. Their response was infuriating: "We tried to contact you, but couldn't." My phone wasn't off, and it wasn't out of credit – how could they not reach me? I asked them, "After adding you on WeChat, could you tell me how to get to the elevator? We're tourists from out of town and unfamiliar with the area." Then they just kept nagging me impatiently… In the end, I just gave up."

"We had a very comfortable stay. The landlord was incredibly kind, and the place was very clean and hygienic. Although it's in a busy area, the soundproofing was excellent, and it was very quiet at night, allowing for a good night's rest. "We checked in on the 23rd and stayed on the 16th floor. First off, the attendant on our floor was incredibly thoughtful. She saw us doing laundry and noticed water on the floor, so she thoughtfully grabbed a mop and cleaned it up for us. She even brought us a drying rack, which we really appreciated. As for our room, the ocean view from the window was absolutely stunning. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the taste was decent."

"When checking out, I needed an invoice, but the front desk couldn't issue it directly. A kind young lady at the reception guided me through the process of requesting an invoice from the back office. I really appreciate her excellent and gentle service. The room was also very clean. The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but after I informed the front desk, they promptly removed the mattress topper for us. Afterward, the bed was perfectly comfortable – not too hard, not too soft, just right. I had a great night's rest. Overall, it's a hotel with a very good environment."

"The hotel is not far from the beach, but getting to the lighthouse and the third bathing beach requires a car or taxi. The rooms are large, but the cleanliness isn't great; for example, the tables need a good wipe. The cleanliness of the public areas is quite poor. With so many guests, the lobby is littered with trash, the carpet is dirty and lint-filled, and it's not even vacuumed. The restaurant stools are incredibly dirty. Other than these issues, the hotel is still worth staying at."
