設施：設施完善，但是我在4月份入住，房間温度已經達到27-28攝氏度，晚上都能熱起來。我以為空調壞了，早上打電話到前台被告知酒店暫時還不開放冷氣。 服務：出酒店以後發現手機充電器忘帶，給前台打電話問能不能幫郵寄，前台回覆因為剛退房，所以還沒有查房，等查房之後再給我回電，當天並沒有收到回電。後面隔了一天我又打電話到前台問，前台説落實一下給我回電，依然是兩天沒有回電。 哪怕你們沒有找到充電器，我覺得出於禮貌也可以給我電話告知一下，我也不會讓酒店賠償，就一個充電器。但是酒店兩次説要落實然後回電結果我退房四天沒有一個電話打過來，這個態度真的很差勁。

總體上還不錯，房間比較寬敞，但是略有陳舊感，尤其煙味很重，入住時明確了想要無煙房，前台小夥子説可以安排無煙房，但是實在無法確保之前的客人不在裏面吸煙，這也是可以理解的，結果進房間一看，茶几上赫然擺着煙灰缸。在一個不是室內全面禁煙的地方，也就不做苛求了。餐廳很好，尤其是所有服務員的態度和待客方式，值得稱讚。早餐人不多，品種有點兒少，但是也夠吃了。
