This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others

The first time I came to Rizhao to play, I stayed at this hotel with a normal heart, but the stay experience really exceeded my expectations! The butler andy is very enthusiastic and professional. He helps me with my luggage and check in for me from the door. Business hours, etc. I also recommended some local tourist attractions. How to eat and play without stepping on the pit. During the stay, there was an unpleasant episode. The housekeeper andy was also very professional and fast. I am really touched and pleased to help solve it. I will choose this one next time.

The waiters and floor managers are also more enthusiastic and responsible. Because it is a newly renovated hotel, the nose is more sensitive. When you enter the room, you feel a little smell. You need an air purifier with the customer service. The manager then arranged for the waiter to send a new purifier and green plants, and the efficiency was quite high. The hotel is equipped with a gym and a laundry room. Xiaobao likes to eat and suck jelly. The front desk manager Xiao Zhang sent several, which is very popular with children. The only regret of this stay is that the birthday gift Cleer AR headset that my husband bought for me last year fell in the hotel. I don’t know if it was the cleaning staff who cleaned the room and found it and didn’t report it or the headset fell in a relatively secret corner. In short, I will never see it again after leaving the hotel. When I left the hotel a few hours after I found that the headphones were missing, I contacted the hotel. The manager asked the cleaning staff and she said that the headphones did not find a clothesline, which was why I had to suspect it. After the customer checks out, the cleaning and cleaning room find that there are missing items. Shouldn't it be reported immediately to inform the customer whether they need to return to get them or the hotel to help send them back? Why don't I ask the cleaning staff and don't say it? A little suggestion, like your tourist city, this price hotel should be considered as high-end, the professionalism of the cleaning staff still needs to be systematically trained. Of course, the front desk manager Zhang and the hotel operation manager Zhao were also responsible for asking and finding my headphones again afterwards. Although in the end my headphones were still not found, their work attitude is still commendable. Hey... It's a pity that I lost my beloved headset, and I blame myself for not being optimistic. 😭 The overall feeling of staying is still satisfactory, suitable for parent-child travel.

There is no peculiar smell in the whole room, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the lighting is OK~ Environment: The traffic is relatively convenient on Wulian Road near Wanda Plaza in the city. There is a newly opened all-in-one coffee shop next to the hotel, where you can order coffee (the store is currently being improved) Service: Very nice, smiling service at the front desk 💁🏻♀️, and a small shell gift was given after check-out... Breakfast and price match. The slight flaw may be the breakfast. There doesn't seem to be many varieties, but the taste is okay~ I will come here again next time I come to Rizhao! 😍

We got the room on the 31st floor. The view was very beautiful, it was fun to wake up like this in the morning.
