This is my 2nd time to stay in Sheraton Rizhao. I never disappointed. Workers are very kind, speak english very well and always warmly welcome to guests.

I am very careful when choosing a hotel. Let me talk about the good points first: 1. The rooms are very clean and large, with balconies to enjoy the view. 2. The decoration looks very new at first glance, from the shower room to the sink and toilet, it is very considerate. The hardware facilities are very complete. 3. The breakfast has a rich variety, including fried crab. 4. It is very close to the seaside, within walking distance, and not far from the town. Let's talk about the shortcomings. The service is really bad. Before booking, I called to ask if I could have a sea view. The waiter who answered the phone told me that I wanted an executive king room. Then I said that the reviews were all about superior king beds with sea views. She hesitated and said that it might be upgraded, and then said that I would upgrade it for you. When I arrived at the store, I still had the same problem and told her that she had called before and wanted to see the sunrise or sea view. Then the front desk clerk still asked me to buy an executive room. Don’t believe everything in the comments. I said those comments were all fake, but she didn't dare to admit it. Finally, they offered me a room at the end of the corridor after upgrading. I definitely would not agree. After a long time of tossing, I decided to take the first picture of the double bed room, which can see the sea view from a distance. As for the service, it is very disappointing that it is unprofessional and does not consider the guests. Finally, I had breakfast in the morning. I was given two of the four breakfasts I bought for two rooms. I was embarrassed and thought I was here to eat. It really made me sick. The first thing I consider when staying in a hotel is service, but I really cannot praise this service.

I had a pleasant stay at this establishment. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, which was within walking distance. This made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever I desired. The variety of food options available was outstanding, catering to different tastes and preferences, which greatly enhanced my dining experience. However, I did find the room to be quite small. It lacked adequate space for my belongings, making it somewhat challenging to organize my things comfortably during my stay.

A great experience, we stayed for 4 nights, the first three days were a small yard on the first floor, and the last day we continued to live on the second floor of the RV. The overall experience is very good. From the location, you can walk to Wanpingkou and not far from other seasides. The hotel staff also sent a nearby play guide very intimately. The environment of the small courtyard is definitely the level of second brushing. Even if it is worth staying in this hotel again, the green plants are very good, and you must take care of the flowers and plants very carefully. The hotel also provides steamers and barbecue grills, as well as oil, salt, sauce and vinegar. The details are all considered very well. There is also a self-service car washing faucet, which is very convenient to rush the sand on your feet from the beach!

March is a good time to travel. The weather is getting warmer. It is a good choice to take my family out to play. I have stayed at Blue Sea in other cities before and felt very good. This time I chose Blue Sea again. It really did not disappoint me. The facilities are complete and relatively new. There is a lobby bar where you can have a cup of coffee, and there is a small refrigerator in the room. The service is super considerate. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. My child has the habit of drinking milk at night, and they will take the initiative to help heat it up. I am very touched. The environment is first-class. There are endless people coming to the hotel for dinner. I will definitely come again next time. I don’t allow everyone not to know this hotel. It’s great...

This trip was very fun😁 (Originally we were going to Texas, but we stayed in Rizhao for an extra day because we discovered this small hotel~) Facilities: Very comprehensive👍🏻. There is a small room in the house, which can control smart furniture, play music🎵, chat... The automatic sensor light will turn on at night, and the toilet🚽 will automatically flush and disinfect. Bathing is convenient, the water flushes and drains quickly. Hygiene: Very 🆕, very clean! There is no peculiar smell in the whole room, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the lighting is OK~ Environment: The traffic is relatively convenient on Wulian Road near Wanda Plaza in the city. There is a newly opened all-in-one coffee shop next to the hotel, where you can order coffee (the store is currently being improved) Service: Very nice, smiling service at the front desk 💁🏻♀️, and a small shell gift was given after check-out... Breakfast and price match. The slight flaw may be the breakfast. There doesn't seem to be many varieties, but the taste is okay~ I will come here again next time I come to Rizhao! 😍

The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. Although it was a bit busy because of a banquet that day, the staff checked in very attentively. When they saw a child, they took the initiative to provide slippers and toothbrushes for the child, and also gave him a sand-digging toy, which made the child very happy. The hotel environment and facilities met expectations. The only drawback was that one room was facing the street, and it was a bit noisy when cars passed by at night. The breakfast was good and varied, and the elderly liked it very much. There was also a free laundry room and gym available, and I was generally satisfied.

This hotel its an iconic building of Rizhao and it should not change at all. The place has history, a 70s feel as it was at that time and what was the trends then. It's like travel back in time. All the small new details in today hotels are missing but I think knowing this before hand is good. Nobody mentioned that and they shoud if possible ask, as I was disappointed that my views were not to the sea side. However the other side has the sunset benefit. Also take with you an extention cable as the plugs for the chargers are not next to the bed but the opposite side. (That's really annoying). Matrass are really fron the 70s. ,Anyway staff was really friendly and they even surprised me with a snack in the afternoon. Thanks God I was doing nothing wrong when the guy appeared. The breakfast place is really 70s chick, I hope they don't change it. Also take coffe with you as their coffe is the worst I had on my life. It was some grey powlder that you add water to. Anyway worth the experienxe as the Chunking mansions in Hongkong.

The front desk will call us in advance to ask about the arrival time. The child has been crying when checking in. Manager Li also gave the children toys, which is really warm.
