This is my 2nd time to stay in Sheraton Rizhao. I never disappointed. Workers are very kind, speak english very well and always warmly welcome to guests.

I am very careful when choosing a hotel. Let me talk about the good points first: 1. The rooms are very clean and large, with balconies to enjoy the view. 2. The decoration looks very new at first glance, from the shower room to the sink and toilet, it is very considerate. The hardware facilities are very complete. 3. The breakfast has a rich variety, including fried crab. 4. It is very close to the seaside, within walking distance, and not far from the town. Let's talk about the shortcomings. The service is really bad. Before booking, I called to ask if I could have a sea view. The waiter who answered the phone told me that I wanted an executive king room. Then I said that the reviews were all about superior king beds with sea views. She hesitated and said that it might be upgraded, and then said that I would upgrade it for you. When I arrived at the store, I still had the same problem and told her that she had called before and wanted to see the sunrise or sea view. Then the front desk clerk still asked me to buy an executive room. Don’t believe everything in the comments. I said those comments were all fake, but she didn't dare to admit it. Finally, they offered me a room at the end of the corridor after upgrading. I definitely would not agree. After a long time of tossing, I decided to take the first picture of the double bed room, which can see the sea view from a distance. As for the service, it is very disappointing that it is unprofessional and does not consider the guests. Finally, I had breakfast in the morning. I was given two of the four breakfasts I bought for two rooms. I was embarrassed and thought I was here to eat. It really made me sick. The first thing I consider when staying in a hotel is service, but I really cannot praise this service.

March is a good time to travel. The weather is getting warmer. It is a good choice to take my family out to play. I have stayed at Blue Sea in other cities before and felt very good. This time I chose Blue Sea again. It really did not disappoint me. The facilities are complete and relatively new. There is a lobby bar where you can have a cup of coffee, and there is a small refrigerator in the room. The service is super considerate. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. My child has the habit of drinking milk at night, and they will take the initiative to help heat it up. I am very touched. The environment is first-class. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. Although it was a bit busy because of a banquet that day, the staff checked in very attentively. When they saw a child, they took the initiative to provide slippers and toothbrushes for the child, and also gave him a sand-digging toy, which made the child very happy. The hotel environment and facilities met expectations. The only drawback was that one room was facing the street, and it was a bit noisy when cars passed by at night. The breakfast was good and varied, and the elderly liked it very much. There was also a free laundry room and gym available, and I was generally satisfied.

The room is large, with a good view and a wide field of vision. The fireworks over the Oriental Sea at night can be seen through the floor-to-ceiling glass. The location of the hotel is good. There are many delicious food and takeout options nearby. It is close to various attractions and taxis cost about 10 yuan. The front desk service is good, the attitude is good, patient, and considerate of the needs of passengers. I want to praise them. Next comes the shortcomings. The projector in the sea view parent-child room is poor and the brightness is low. It is basically impossible to see during the day. The resolution is not high at night and it is uncomfortable to watch. There is no place to eat takeaway in the room. There is only a small table, which is not convenient. The location of the shower room is not hidden, which is fine if it is a double room, but it is a bit awkward with children. The cleaning service is not good. Before checking out, the cleaning only involves changing supplies and taking out the garbage. The floor is not swept or the bed is made.

The hotel staff was very considerate. We were given a plate of apples on the first day, but we didn't eat them. On the second day, they quietly replaced it with a plate of pears, but we still didn't eat them. On the third day, they replaced it with a plate of oranges, which we ate. We didn't ask them to clean up on the fourth day. The breakfast was average, but it could be richer. The main entrance of the hotel is very close to Wanpingkou Gate 2. The west gate is next to the lagoon, and the water is very clean! The shore is full of jellyfish! We caught large conches, fish, and anemones by the boat at the pier! The trip to Rizhao was very successful!

I sincerely suggest that it be improved quickly. The laundry service of such a new hotel is weak, which is a shortcoming. A good hotel has three plus points: comfortable shower, rich breakfast, and convenient self-service laundry (refer to Atour S Hotel).
