Stayed around the hotel. This is a very comfortable hotel. The bathroom is very spacious, the shower is very comfortable to take a shower, and the supplies are very tasteful. I will come here often!

Great hotel that is near everything in downtown Roanoke. The room was large and good amenities. They had nice tea and electric kettle in addition to the coffee in the room. The bathroom was large and great shower head. The lobby also had tea and coffee that was complimentary. We ordered room service breakfast, which was a nice treat. The only issue is the parking off site. It was snowing and cold. It would have been great to have valet parking, since guests are being charged for overnight parking.

We stayed there last year and it was perfect. I booked a king room this year and the room was so tiny. I was a little disappointed but the room was exceptionally clean. A very unique hotel.

You feel welcome and relaxed as soon as you enter the building. Plus you'll feel chic as you sit at the bar. The staff could not have been nicer and the reasonably priced parking was an extra bonus.

LOVE the hotel and the lobby bar and restaurant. Room was spacious but in dire need of a full length mirror for which there is plenty of wall space. Check in was not effortless. No parking at all in front to drop off bags. Had to park 2 blocks away just to check in. Room wasn't ready and were told it would be and someone was checking on it right then. We waited for almost an hour. Lobby bar and restaurant are a separate business from the hotel just FYI. Otherwise, great location and great hotel.

Great location, very clean and tastefully furnished. We would have loved to have eaten in the bank vault but we are vegan and there wasn't any vegan options on the menu.

The staff members were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The room was quiet and clean. I will definitely stay there again. My only very minor suggestion is that the complementary coffee in lobby was somewhat watery :-)
