Caracalla Room Rental

I don't know the price of the room because it was booked by my brother. Booked with Booking a quadruple, two boys aged 12 and 14. Check in with code at the door. It is a semi-basement. There is no parking. The available spaces inside are occupied. When we entered the room we found only a double bed and a sofa. Absurd. We checked in by sending photos of 4 documents and we found only two beds. At 10.40pm finding two beds missing is truly a shame. We called the owner who after 10 minutes still hasn't told us how to solve the problem. In the meantime we had to open the window because it is 30 degrees inside the room, the air conditioning was set to 30 degrees! Pure madness. In the corridor we opened a built-in wardrobe and found some sheets and pillowcases. We transformed the sofa into a bed even if you can't "lock" the sheets and duvet!!! (with 30 degrees 😂). They can only be placed on the sofa, which is anything but a sofa bed. The room has terrible lighting, there are not enough power outlets. 4 people, today, means 4 cell phones ... The bathroom has no window. With non-existent bathroom kit. In fact, hand soap dispenser on the sink and about twenty shower/shampoo sachets in the shower that boasts a shower box with a curtain. Horrifying. Clearly a towel for only two people. Luckily only one night. Terrible experience.
