The hotel smells of mould odour and it has damp, the rooms are not clean beds are dirty The hotel doesn’t have any main entrance you need to go through a old door then you need to take the lift which is for single person which means you need to wait for minimum 10 minutes Hotel had one personel working and she was not easy to communicate I would not recommend to any one

In mid-October 2024, we as a family stayed for a couple of nights at Cavour luxury rooms . I had booked this after much deliberation with its manager Julia, and my instincts were right, as it turned out to be the suitable accommodation for us during our stay. . The property’s location was very suitable for our travel from Florence by train and also to go to airport from termini station. We walked miles across the city of Rome and this area at night was very safe with lot of police presence, though I had my concerns from reviews about Termini station area. Everything about this property was excellent, and I can recommend it to anyone looking for a stay of any duration. A nice bonus was the lovely little balcony and centuries old elevator that itself is interesting for us.

Breath the art and the history from AM to PM. Wake up in your luxurious bed with a cup of espresso watching the fresco on high ceiling, open the curtains and see romantic balcony of an ancient building few steps from Basílica Santa Maria Maggiore. Super Privacy and security at the same time. You can enjoy your stay in Roma in the confort of your house but as a guest. And if you need tips you only have to ask the property manager. Steategic position 9 minutes walkin from Colosseo and 3’ from Termini station. What else? 🥰

Wonderful structure located 2 steps from the center of Rome, strategic to visit all the monuments present in this wonderful city. Clean and finely furnished rooms that will make you enjoy a relaxing and pleasant stay. The historic building has frescoes of the 19th century, in front you will find the papal basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and a few hundred meters from Termini station I definitely recommend spending a few nights in this b & b for a stay in the heart of Rome

Thanks to a friend I discovered this wonderful structure a stone's throw from the center. I was there on business and I decided to feel comfortable and at peace and I must say that thanks to the context I succeeded. Clean and shiny room, and at a glance sleep looking up at such a fresco. Comfortable shower and always hot water. Absolute peace despite the central location, and since I often return to Rome for business I will certainly return... I recommend it if you want to feel really good.

Completely enchanting. Very clean and welcoming, with so much history represented by its style which makes everything very romantic. It is close to Termini station and a stone's throw from the Colosseum and allowed me to reach them extremely easily. I will definitely return as soon as possible.

Absolutely excellent rooms. Classy furnishings, impeccable cleanliness and a very comfortable bed. I couldn't ask for anything better in such a central location in Rome. It was a pleasure to stay in a spacious and well-furnished room like this, to wake up and have coffee with a view of Corso Cavour. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to the capital.
