Good with caveats
There was construction starting at 7am in the courtyard outside our window. You could hear everything going on in the dining area starting very early. The mattress was just short of horrific, but the people were great, and the property in a great area and in really good condition. When construction was completed, would stay again without hesitation

Great location & customer service
This hotel is located close to the Vatican and local bus stops to make getting around easy. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
I would have given this hotel 5 stars except in our room (#6), you do not get wifi service. You can get on in the dining area & by time we get to our room the wifi is no longer connecting. Also in our room the a/c worked, just not as well as we would have liked, especially after walking 5-6 miles a day in 90+ degree weather.
Overall, nice hotel for the price.

Very nice B&B. The area around was very walkable and was center for all of the sites we wanted to see. The staff were very friendly and helpful regarding any questions.

Great location in Rome, decent sized room and washroom, very clean and friendly staff. Quieter street but very pretty area. 10-20 minute walk to most of the main sites which was perfect.

What a gem! Clean, comfortable, easy access to the Vatican, Piazza Navona and more. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. Breakfast was simple, but very satisfying. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
