The experience was brilliant the food was amazing these chefs deserve Michelin stars.the service was top class if there were Michelin stars for waiters or servers they deserve them especially Danielle he was very respectful when I pointed a finger at the food to see it 2 waiters came fast to see if something was wrong.this restaurant is recommended the whole hotel is.

Beautiful room, a very warm welcome, the highlight (among many beautiful moments) was Daniele in the bar with kind and excellent service and especially the suggestion of the delicious (best dessert in 30 days!) pistachio Crema dessert. We have a restaurant on the Cape and will be bringing it to our clients (grazie tanto, chef). Lovely lovely lovely thank you hotel Eden for a perfect stay from start to finish!

Stunning hotel in a perfect location within walking distance of all the sights of this beautiful city. The staff are outstanding and are on hand to help with any queries you may have. The concierge arranged a transfer to and from the airport which we would highly recommend, it was like having your own guided tour with Leonardo the driver. Special thanks to the breakfast staff (especially Francesco) and those serving us on our 25th Wedding Anniversary evening in the Terrazza Restaurant. The food was amazing along with spectacular views. I could go on and on about this hotel….the views, the food, the room, the location, the staff. Outstanding, would highly recommend.

Fabulous meal at La Teresa rooftop restaurant. The sun going down over the Vatican was sublime. There were four of us having a beautiful meal expertly aided by Alexander. My pasta was the best I had ever eaten. Again recommended by Alexander. A very special evening. Thank you so much.

We stayed at the Hotel Eden in Rome and had a great stay. Our only real complaint is in regards to the fact that when we asked the concierge if there were any tours available they unfortunately didn't have any. While I understand that our visit was during peak season, I still figured staying in a 5-star hotel would secure us these kinds of services, but I was unfortunately mistaken.

Simply put, Hotel Eden is perfection. Everything from the Hotel itself, the location, decor, the rooms, Il Giardino Bar & Ristorante, not to mention an incredible, friendly and attentive staff. It was such a special and memorable stay. I would come back again and again.

When our family trip through Italy brought us to Rome we did extensive research on where to stay. We picked a highly rated hotel by all the top travel sites. Upon check-in the rooms we had selected were nowhere close to what was depicted on the website or described to us on the phone. Frustrated we reached out to Hotel Eden where they went above and beyond to take us in. First - the rooms not only match what you see online but are actually even more beautiful in person. The staff is incredible and goes out their way to make you feel at home. The roof top restaurant was the best food we had in Italy after traveling through Venice, Florence and throughout Tuscany. The location is perfect - just far enough from the crowds but still easy to get where you want to go. You will not be disappointed staying here!
