Before booking here, you should know that even if your father has literally been put on life support, there is a no cancelation policy, period. I would expect that any other concern you may have will only fall on deaf ears.

Nice hotel overall. Close to the Termini Train Station and closest metro station is around 10min walk. There are local shops and very nice restaurants around too.
The only issue is a very small shower cabin and noise (You can hear everything happening in the neighbouring rooms and corridor). Reception team was nice and helpful too.
Worth mentioning that check-out is strictly at 10-10.30, so there is no late checkout option.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, they even let us keep our bags after our check out because we wanted to explore the city a little bit more before our flight. The bed was nice, but the shower was a little too small. Overall, for a short stay and the price, would gladly recommend.

Situated in the city centre. The staff was very friendly, I liked it. The room was cleaned every day. There is a tea table with a thermo pot and cookies/cups/plates/microwave. The room for 4 (double bed and bunk bed) seemed a bit cramped, but for such reasonable money in the centre of Rome we closed our eyes.
I wish you prosperity and good clients, so that your business would go uphill, you would buy more premises and start serving hot breakfast, this was really missing.
Thank you and if we are in Rome again, we will stay with you.

This room is pretty good, very clean, and the view outside the window is very good. It's about a 15-minute walk from Rome Train Station. Overall, I still think it's pretty good. I will stay here again next time I come.
