Although this is in prime location to walk everywhere our experience with customer service was less than acceptable. We were concerned soon after check in that the air conditioning was not properly working. We were assured it was. After several attempts to get the temperature below 24 and 26 in both rooms respectfully we did not have success. We asked on day 2 they sent a technician but could not find problem. We could not sleep for the heat. We asked on day three and insisted to speak with someone who could do something, manager was out of down and non responsive. On day for we asked for a solution or fans at least. They brought us fans and said the problem was with an app but the company was not answering. Not acceptable. Would not stay here again. We paid a lot of money for this place and spend four sleepless nights as we could not even open the windows due to constant street noise.

Extremely poor service. Hard to find. They are located on the 3rd floor of a building without any signs on the door stating the hotel. Be prepared to walk 3 flights of stairs with your luggage. There is a luggage lift, but they don't allow the hotel guests to use it. Upon arrival, the staff wasn't available to check us in. HSKP room attendant had to give us our room key and they didn't give us the correct room. Because I was traveling with friends, I had to give more money to another couple since we were given the wrong room. I had to return the following day and interrupt my vacation to return to the hotel to provide my credit card. That evening, there wasn't enough hot water as the hot water heater couldn't accommodate the 4 guest rooms they have in the hotel and several of my group had to take cold showers. When I addressed the issues with the staff, they were unresponsive. At first they said they had to check with management with what they could do. They never responded and I had to call and text them several times to no avail. After three weeks of trying to communicate with them, I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company. POOR SERVICE.

Ideally located 2 steps from Piazza Navona, spacious enough to easily accommodate 4 people. The organization for key retrieval and self check-in are perfect. The daily cleaning of the apartment is a real plus.

Two, for the really convenient and strategic location, for everything else I think it is from one, the room was not cleaned well, a lot of dust, the fugitive reference staff and the lady I spoke to the morning we left was really rude.

Posizione ottima, pulizia eccellente, camera adatta per 4 persone, dotata di ogni comfort, angolo cottura e macchina da caffè e bollitore. Avrei apprezzato qualcosa in più per la colazione tipo tisane ma c'era solo tè, nescafe e capsule per il caffè....un prodotto per ogni ospite, con il prezzo pagato si potrebbe anche aggiungere qualcosa in più, per il resto tutto ok

Non è un hotel a tutti gli effetti come ci si immagina: in un appartamento di un condominio sono situate 4 camere, connesse tra loro da un corridoio e una mini reception. Le singole camere sono spaziose e l'arredamento ben curato; sono dotate di tv, minifrigo e soprattutto bollitore e macchinetta del caffè, per potersi preparare una mini colazione (ti forniscono cialde per il caffè e tisane/tè). Anche la pulizia è ottima. L'unica grande pecca è che nessuno fosse effettivamente mai presente alla reception, comunicavamo con i proprietari tramite whatsapp ma non abbiamo mai visto nessuno fisicamente.

Stanza piena di polvere, angusta con affaccio in uno spazio scuro e attraversato da tubi vari dai quali proveniva un insopportabile odore di fogna. Buoni i kit forniti nel bagno.Discreto il bagno. Scarsissima igiene.
