Single women and families with children are definitely not suitable here. It's not a hotel at all, it's just an Airbnb-like apartment. The room was a large open space with a bathroom, but it was in a suite that had five or six rooms shared with other tourists. In the middle of the night, I could hear panting and screaming from next door. The whole suite also smelled of a strange perfume, which might be from black or Middle Eastern people.

Our second trip to this beautiful property. Property is very well located, steps from the coliseum, Trevy fountain, Pantheon and so much more. Alessandro goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel at home away from home. He provides great restaurant suggestions and attractions. Will definitely be going back to visit Rome and stay at this property.

Hosts Alessandro and Patrizia make your stay wonderful from days before you arrive. This is a small boutique residential hotel on via Cavour, in the heart of ancient Rome. The hosts will help arrange transport from the airport to take the stress out of your travel. They will get you set up with wifi and show you the communal kitchen when you check in. We stayed here in November and have returned. We will definitely stay here again. Super clean, luxurious rooms. A gem in the heart of Rome!

It's just perfect. The ghest house is perfectly located 5 minutes from the Colosseum Roman Forum (and therefore also from the metro) Patrizia is just adorable and very very kind. The rooms are beautiful, recent, modern but with a lot of charm. Attention, there is no breakfast or meal on site but it suited us perfectly because in Rome we move 😀
