Clean room near the metro station. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage for 2 days for free while I was in Venice.

The location is a little walk from San Giovanni station, but you can feel the quiet and local atmosphere properly. If you are familiar with the road, you can go to the center of Rome on foot.
