A short walk to yum restaurants, to the Termini and to the nearest metro. Easy to get around from the hotel. Staff were awesome...especially Fabio and Lorna and the breakfast was fresh and delish with liads of choices. We were there for a week and loved it. There was a problem initially with the boiler which meant hot water was out, but this was seen to quickly.

Francesca at reception is a star. Both lovely and helpful. Hotel is very nice and well located. Rooms comfortable. Only major disappointment is that housekeeping never changed the sheets, even when we put the change sign on the bed. Overall a great stay.

The hotel is great value for money with comfortable clean rooms and a nice breakfast of fresh croissants and amazing coffee. The staff are wonderful especially Alessandro who always had time to chat even if he was busy, he offered valuable information about Rome without being asked and without selling any extras like tours, he just wanted us to enjoy Rome! There are some nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk, Termini station is 15 minute walk straight up the road which is where the hop on hop off buses start from. We would stay here again. Thank you!

First the hotel is overrated as 3 stars , I won’t give any star for this hotel. The breakfast is basic everyday the same and there is no a type of cheese or Ham. You can hear the nose of the cars and metro from your room. All the furniture in the hotel old from beds, lights and toilets. Housekeeping they don’t change your bed sheet.

Clean hotel, very polite and brilliant staff, everything as described. Excellent value for money. Close to metro and Termini station. The proximity also determines some noise caused by some trains. I recommend it, as a base for visiting Rome it is perfect.

We stayed at the Principe di Piemonte for three days, very convenient location near the station and the metro, very nice and clean room, very kind staff, breakfast a little scarce but still good… we will definitely come back

Fast check-in 24 hours a day; quite large normal room with fridge and TV; comfortable bed; poor cleaning; poor courtesy set; towels that get soaked quickly; small bathroom but large shower. The bathroom needs to be refurbished. Unfortunately, despite the strategic position, the rooms facing the street make sleeping difficult

Un hotel maravilloso, con personal muy atento en todo momento. Agradable estancia en una ciudad preciosa. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos contratado sin recargo alguno, ya que veníamos de un día entero de viaje y la tenian libre. Muy agradecida al personal por su amabilidad. Todo en la habitación estaba impecable. Repetiremos en nuestra próxima estancia en Turin.
