There was no guide indicating the location of the hotel, so there were two hotels in one building, so I had to go up to find out where it was and what floor it was on.
It's hot as soon as you enter. don't turn on air conditioner There is no basic guidance such as check-out time and breakfast time. They do it in the room, but if you go in and turn on the air conditioner, it's worse than a fan. to think there is no If you tell the staff that the air conditioner is not working, they just turn it on and ask you to wait. have no intention of solving When I went, the temperature felt like Rome was 48 degrees. It's a hotel, but I brought a front fan and endured.
More importantly, there are bed bugs!!!!!!!!!!!
Even if you say there are bugs in the hotel, there is no action. just listen and you're done You don't even listen to your customers. They don't even pretend to listen to any inconveniences or problems. Just wait or ignore them.
Please think carefully about those who read the reviews to make a reservation.
Even if you ruin the end of a long trip and come back, it's hard to suffer from aftereffects. I hope others don't have to go through this.

Stay away from this hotel!!! We booked a room with air conditioning but the air conditioner wasn't working. We notified the hotel reception who said there was nothing theu could do and we asked for a refund so we could go to another hotel as it was extremely hot and suffocating inside the room. The hotel bluntly refused to refund the money and the receptionist was very rude to us and could barely speak English. In addition the room was dirty and there was construction work right outside our room which was very noisy. The service, facilities and cleanliness of this hotel are terrible!

Excellent small hotel, surprisingly good value for money. We throughly enjoyed our four nights stay at The Nautilus. Spotlessly clean room, with daily housekeeping. Comfy beds and super shower/bathroom facilities. Continental breakfast was adequate, however dining area a little cramped. Hotel staff very friendly & attentive, with good knowledge of local restaurants etc. Great location close to St.Peter’s and Castle Sant Angelo/shops and restaurants. Would definitely return on next visit to Rome.

Great spot close to Vatican City. Room was clean, however room was very small as was the signage for the hotel. There are two other hotels within the building on the first level and hotel is based on the second level with very small lift. Male staff members very rude on arrival and also after we reported our air conditioning didn’t work on a number occasions but never got fixed as both nights were very hot. Had to leave window open for fresh air but very noisy of traffic and barking dogs all night. We had a number of mosquitoes at night due to no fly screen on window. Not a great experience at all especially when you don’t get a good night sleep due to the air conditioning not working and no attempt to fix problem.

We was at Nautilus for two days. It was a visit for watching a derby bitween As Roma vs Lazio and we choose this Hotel for his location. The rooms was clear and comfortable. It is gone be 5 stars if they had a little bit more quality at the breakfast menu. Recommended at all.

I spend one night there with my family and we had all of our belongs stolen inside of our car on the next morning after checkout. All luggage was inside the car and it was stolen.
