Noisy. Poor quality. Not a hotel.

If you want to sleep well, do not stay here. The walls are too thin and the hard floors doesn’t absorb noise. As well as talking, I could even hear suitcase zips and the shower running from next door, this is how poorly sound insulated the rooms are. It was like people were in the room with me! I spoke with reception who were very kind about it but I have to be honest here for other guests to know. Also for info, this is more an apart-hotel because the reception isn’t manned always and there’s no breakfast etc.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights for his 30th birthday whilst in Rome. The ladies couldn’t have been more welcoming and have done anymore for us. Knowing they were just a text away was great! They were so friendly! Fresh bedding and towels every day despite not being there for that long was an amazing touch and so appreciated. The bed and mattress was amazing and so comfortable, just as nice as a premier inn bed! My partner struggles to sleep usually but not whilst we were away. The little pastries and sweets in the room and fresh water, beer and wine outside the rooms were an another amazing touch. The shutter on the window made it feel so authentic alongside the old fashioned lift. The black out shutter made the room so dark which really helped for a good nights sleep. It was also so central, a fab location. We would 110% recommend this place to stay whilst in Rome to anyone & we cannot wait to return ASAP. Thank you thank you thank you. Ciao xxx

Do NOT stay here. I checked out after only one night. There was no hot water. What warm water the shower did have was a tiny trickle. When we informed the manager they stated that the previous guest also had the same issue but the building's systems were old and could not handle more water flow. This is not a hotel, it's a converted room in an apartment suite. The manager promised a refund, but so far they have not done so.
