If you read and take notice of one review take notice of this one. Hotel cancelled booking three days before travel. Sounds like they do it regularly (see other reviews). Horrendous way to conduct business.

This property is not the same like they showed on the *******. It's a scam. No parking provided, no breakfast provided. The room was different than the offer, the bathroom wasn't clean. We had a big problem with check in, nobody was there, poor communication. Never recommend.

We booked this hotel a while back and were really looking forward to staying there. When we landed in Rome you can imagine our horror when the hotel messaged to say they had cancelled our room! An absolute nightmare. They clearly overbooked and could get more money from other bookings. ******* were useless and put us in a hotel so far away costing €15 euro in taxis to the nearest tube. The knock effect of them cancelling can't be compensated, I would book elsewhere if you are considering this hotel. ******* were very clear that the hotel cancelled and I would never use them again either, really poor customer service which just added to the stress of it all.

The hotel cancelled my reservation one week before my trip just because they overbooked the rooms, what is his fault not mine. Do not book with this hotel cause they can cancel everything and ruin your trip.

The hotel is basic. It’s clean and close to a Metro. Check in and communication weren’t exactly seamless. There’s no front desk. Keys are tricky, and I had to have heat repaired. You get what you pay for with this place.

Il b&b si trova sopra la metro e comunque a poco più di 1 km dal colosseo e a piedi bastano meno di 15 minuta, Ottima Pulizia e il check in è stato davvero ottimo. Bagno e stanza in generale pulita. Il letto pessimo, ho dormito male e soprattutto qualche cuscino in più, almeno diverse varianti perchè quello scelto è troppo sottile e soprattutto una bottiglietta d'acqua a testa nel frigo...

O quarto é bem limpo e bonito. O banheiro muito bom, mas o box bem pequeno (nada que atrapalhe).
O check-in foi bastante complicado, esperei muito tempo (horas). Metade do tempo na escada, por que não conseguia falar com ninguém e a outra metade no sofá do hotel (entramos quando alguém saiu e deixou a porta aberta, se não teríamos continuado na escada).
A única pessoa que vimos foi a moça que faz a limpeza,
mas ela não pode fazer nada pra ajudar.
No check-out precisávamos de um taxi, mas a moça não ajudou. Tive que sair andando na rua pra procurar um (meu celular não estava fazendo ligações pra ligar pra rádio taxi e nem consegui baixar o app de taxi de Roma) .
Fora esses contratempos deu tudo certo, o quarto é bem bonito e ficamos à vontade.
